Price and quality.
It is pretty, well boxed, arrived on time, but was disappointed in the thinness of the china, expect a finer china. Can buy same thickness anywhere and cheaper.

Not for microwave or dishther washer
There is nothing I dislike , it's a very pretty china mug , not good for dish washer due to gold rim but let's face it how hard is it to wash out by hand

It's so elegant !
I loved it was china and a lovely Xmas pattern, it holds 15 ounces of liquid so you a get a decent drink of tea or coffee from it,it's very elegant.

Great finish to the outside. Sadly the inside stains easily with tea and looks dirty.

Bought these as a gift for my sister. Says they are really lovely and still oohing and ahing at them displayed in easy view. I know she will get a lot of use, and enjoyment, out of them. Verdict: 12/10

Lovely for special tea times
I bought 2 & gifted one as a Birthday gift for a friend. She calls it her "Ladymug". Visually it has a grace, elegance and charm that is lovely for special occasions. The reputation of bone china is while sturdy is remains light non the less. The beautiful gold trim must use a metal element in its composition so keep it out of the microwave. Morning tea in this cup elevates the beginning of the day for me. I would recommend.
