Worked Very Well until spring broke
After using about 4 months the spring broke. I used it about 4 days a week.

Worst customer service I've experienced.
This cane is very useful with good craftsmanship and thoughtful design. The hidden spring is supposed to be comfortable, and it is most of the time. If I have to walk a lot, my thumb and wrist are more susceptible to pain and stiffness. I also have trouble wearing my thumb splint when using the cane for longer time. This is not my first cane, but it is so much better than the ones I found in the the drug stores. It was worth the price tag over all.EDITED REVIEWI did love this cane...until the spring broke. Used this everyday for 5 months. The cane broke last night when it fell to the floor for the umpteenth time. They claim a 1 year warranty on Amazon, but it is worthless if you have no way to contact the company.I tried to call the company, with no luck. The link to their website doesn't work, because of a typo in the address. On their Amazon store, the only information provided is how great their product is, but no phone numbers or email address for contacting them.A couple of cautions about this product. It is loud when I falls. It will lean on something and suddenly, fall down - no apparent cause, it just crashes to the floor. The little loop on the front of the handle is very painful if it targets your toes. There is no way that it is free standing, the base is not big enough to balance the weight of the spring and handle, so they should stop advertising it that way.Overall, I was disappointed in the short life of the product and lack of customer service. It was not worth what I paid for it and shouldn't have to re-purchase it after 6 months at the price point.

Spring action reduces impact on palm and wrist
This cane is cool but heavier than previous versions. My wife uses a much older version without the shock absorbing spring and has a smaller foot. As an amputee with prosthetic she ocassionally needs a little support on longer walks. After she tried this one, she confiscated it. The spring helps her gait and is easier on the hand. She also likes the much larger foot. The weight doesn’t bother her. My expectation is I will have to buy another one if I want to use it.The doctors with saws and hammers will be adding titanium parts to me soon. Hopefully I won’t need a cane after rehab. We will see. If I do, Amazon will bring me another one of these.

Very disappointed…
I was very disappointed in this product from a reputable company. The compression feature makes the cane very unstable. Every step, the spring compresses which in turn gives it a very unsteady feeling. What’s the point of making a cane feel like a pogo stick? Also, the tips are the same as the ones used on their heady duty forearm crutches. These tips are far too heavy for the cane. All in all… I would not recommend this cane to anyone!

Nice but heavy
I like the feature and the springy foot. Handle is comfortable. However, despite the carbon fibre appearance, this is the heaviest stick I've used. I didn't mind so much until the handle padding started coming unstuck. I got fed up with fixing it with tape, and together with the weight of it I finally left it as a spare.Got a super lightweight on from a hiking shop instead.

Good construction
Innovative handle on a well constructed cane. It supports without bending the force of my 250 lb. The handle is well shaped for the medium and small hand and elicits a good grip for those. My hands are a meaty size 9 or 10, and I find it borderline small, but not so much that I cannot adapt.

Cane
Best cane ever, it has a spring in it that makes all the difference in the world to me. And the handle slides forward in your hand with ease. Highly recommended it!

Cane
I was disappointed with the cane, as it does not stay upright as it said it would, falls most of the time and it does not turn 360.... Like the suspension.... for the price very disappointing.

Parents love them
Bought two of those for my parents who are in their mid and late seventies. They each used to have 2 or 3 different kind of cheaply manufactured canes before that were never comfortable for them. Now these canes are a huge success. Parents love them and feel very comfortable & secure using them everywhere. My mom usually could not walk for more than a couple hundred feet before (had a few surgeries on one of her knees in the past), but now with this cane she walks a lot more on flat surface and even walks up stairs with much ease.
