As pain relief topicals go, this one is pretty good. I've tried them all, so far this one is the one that helps the most.

This cream is wonderful. You do have to be careful of rubbing your eyes after using it, because it burns like pepper. My aches go away instantly when I put it on. I do wish it had less smell but other than that, amazing!

Seemed like this cream actually reduced the pain in my neck and shoulders! It has taken several applications but it has improved.
