Chile Twister Long Chili Seeder

Had the smaller one and bought this because I like the larger and longer jalapenos. Small one (Red) wasn't long enough to get to the bottom of the long chilies. I bent the hook tighter as the chilies were too small inside and it was splitting them. With the modification it works like nothing else I have ever used. Cut the top off. Slide it down a gap in the core, give it a couple of twists, pull it out and tap it to release the core and most of the seeds. Tap the chile upside down and almost all the seeds come out. I use a jerky gun to fill it with my stuffing, wrap a slice of bacon around it and roast or smoke them.

You can tune the angle of this tool easily to match the typical size of pepper you use. Really takes the work out of making poppers. I wish I knew about this years ago. Get one now and get busy!!!!

This little gadget works great. It was rather large and after using it on a smaller size pepper I decided to give it a squeeze on the end to make it a little smaller. Works great now on any pepper large enough to stuff.

Kind of useless

I did not care for the chili twister, it was to large for the peppers I was using. It kept busting the peppers. A knife works just as well. I would not purchase this item again or recommend it to anyone.

It doesn't do what they claim it does

I admit that I am a sucker for most kitchen gadgets, and most work quite well. This is the exception!All it did was make a mess of the peppers I was trying to remove the seeds from. Completely Useless.
