MISSHA M BB Boomer Primer for Face I Creamy-Soft, Illuminating Makeup Primer for Dewy Finish, Hydrating Radiant Cream, Moisturizing Makeup Base, Glass Skin, 1.35 Fl oz/40ml

I use this Missha M BB Primer under Atomy BB Cream. I wait several minutes, then put the BB cream on the back of my hand and add two tiny drops of this primer and mix. Then I apply this with a damp sponge, patting and lightly blending. At almost 63, my skin looks almost perfect, smooth, and glowing. Nothing settles into fine lines and pores which I had struggled with for many years, trying product after product. It stays put for hours, looking just as good hours later when I cleanse my skin. I am getting compliments on my skin everywhere I go. It's amazing and fun. Missha has a BB cream, but I didn't like the texture and the tone was wrong for me. Glad I found the Atomy.

I'm so glad that I took a chance on this product, as well as the BB cream in my skin tone by the same line. This is a great primer! A little goes a long way. I apply a little bit of moisturizing oil to my face first (3 drops of Youth to the People's Superberry Glow), plus my favorite eye cream (Kiehl's avocado) and let that absorb a little, then mix a half pump or so of this with a single drop of my moisturizer oil and apply to my face. If I have any areas that need extra attention, I dab a tiny amount of the product that I don't dilute with oil over the spot, and I let it set briefly before I apply the BB cream-which then goes on so smoothly and beautifully, it's like it's magnetically charged to stick to the primer! The Perfect Cover BB cream (I use no.21) is an excellent match to my skin tone, and goes on so well! It provides a perfect amount of coverage, but allows for my freckles and real skin to show through, and the luminescent quality of the primer combined imparts a dewy, youthful glow. My skin looks enhanced, rather than covered up, and I have experienced no problems with breakouts or clogged pores after using the products for about a month. I am 44, very fair, and protect my skin well from the sun. I am told often that I look younger than I am, and while I am not sure that is true, I do not have any real wrinkles at this point, except for some fine lines between my brows and on my forehead (which have markedly improved with the use of 2 retinol products!). I do moisturize my face daily and (nearly) nightly, but my skincare regimen is really imperfect otherwise. I am so tired at night I often just use a face wipe to remove makeup, instead of really washing my face. I do a deep wash with my clarisonic 2-3 times a week (more often can cause me redness and irritation) and I use a great salicylic acid exfoliating product daily/every other day, depending on my skin's response. I'm picky about my skin care and cosmetic products and willing to spend money on one when I like it, and this is one I will keep using! I was using Dr. Jart's Black Label BB cream for years, and they have changed their product line recently and the one I was using is not available anymore. This, with the Perfect Cover BB Cream, is superior to the product that I was using, and is less expensive than the UD primer and BB cream I had used for years. My skin looks better than ever, and I can use this in cold and hot weather (which wasn't true about the other products I had used-I had to have separate regimens for summer and winter!) and my skin looks equally great, and there's SPF in the BB Cream! If you're considering it, buy it, now! You will love it!

This primer would be fabulous, except for being pink tinted. If your skin falls in the cool category, you’ll probably be just fine, but if you have warm undertones, rosacea etc., and want to control pinkness/redness, this may not work so well for you. The product would be much better if translucent, so it doesn’t take a chance of affecting the skin’s coloring. The smell is also very off-putting. Unlike the other Missha products, where the smell actually dissipates, it lingers much longer with this product. It has a strong rose water scent, and does not play nice with my asthma. Sorry Missha, this one’s a bit of a miss for me!

I live in state with extreme weather condition, 95° F to -13° F. This primer saves my skin during cold, windy, and snowy winter. I would like to emphasize that I have mature combo skin (46 years old), and it requires special care during freeze temperature. I found this product last year and tested it in different weather conditions. This primer builds moisture barrier and protects your skin for sure! It was the first time when my skin does not dry during winter. I use this product on top of a face cream with lipids when the temperature drops -13° F or lower, and my skin feels very comfortable outside. However, I wear it by itself when the temperature 30° F or higher. This primer is my life saver. I cannot believe that one product can deliver so many benefits! It is very gentle to your skin. It does provide little shine but it looks natural even through on my skin type. I feel my skin rejuvenates every time when I wear this primer. It keeps my BB cream in place for all day long. Also, this primer is a great idea for creating the look without makeup. I do it regularly when I get fresh air before bed. Moreover, this primer very economical in use. One tube lasts about 6-7 months with every day application. In my opinion, this is the best makeup primer on today’s market. I will purchase this product again and again. I've only been using this a few weeks, but I really like it. I have extremely dry, sensitive skin, and I'm forty-one. This makes my skin feel really soft and supple. This BB Boomer claims that it helps your BB Cream adhere and prolongs the wear of your BB Cream, and I was skeptical. But I can attest that it actually does. It's a lot like a primer to me. But I would also wear it alone for "ponytail and yoga pants" days when I'm just hanging around in the house. (I don't think it contains any SPF.) It does brighten my skin, and that takes a few years off. I have used skin brighteners by drug store brands and by Bare Minerals. I have to admit that those brands seemed very watery. This has more substance. It is thicker, but not in a pasty way at all. It's creamy, and it feels good on my skin. It almost feels soothing. I haven't ever used a product that claimed to prolong the wear of my foundation or BB cream. This was a first. I'm impressed, and I think it's worth it. If I have anything negative to say about this product (and it's clearly not enough to deduct stars) it would be the smell. It is NOT an offensive smell at all, but it smells a lot like roses and powder. I'm a romantic and that's not usually a bad thing for me, but in this instance it isn't great. It reminds me of my grandmother, who in her more mature years, became very inept at applying her make-up. She often would leave her home with pale blue eyeshadow all the way up to her eyebrows and too much blush on her cheeks, and she was so happy and her friends didn't seem to notice so we never mentioned it to her. I don't want to smell like "an old lady." Luckily! The smell dissipates after a few minutes, or after I spray on my own perfume. My husband doesn't notice the smell at all. I really do like this. I'm still going to wear it, and I'll buy more when I run out. And when I put it on in the morning, I'll just chuckle to myself and think of my sweet, silly grandmother and how much fun she was. Then I'll be glad when the smell fades and I can fool people into thinking I'm not in my forties yet! ;-)

Good primer the only thing I dislike is the smell. Smells like a perfume bottle or powder you’d find on your grandmothers dresser as a kid and you can smell it on your face all day so if youre sensitive to smells this isn’t for you.

I originally bought this BB Boomer Primer to wear with BB Cream, but have been wearing it on its own. It gives a nice subtle glow. I wish it was fragrance-free, but the fragrance is light and smells like baby powder, so it's not irritating at all. I'm super sensitive to fragrances and perfumes.

Use this along with the BB cream in your color and some finishing spray totally awesome for older people 59 and makeup wasn’t sitting on my face that well anymore of any brand I seem to try and this stuff is incredible. Just use it along with your BB cream of the same brand. I am so happy with it. I can’t say enough about it. Just quit reading anymore reviews and purchase it. I’m telling you. if you have older skin, mature skin this is it. It’s like a second skin, not even kidding. I’m obsessed. Just as long as it keeps doing the same thing with my skin, I found my go to for the rest of my life. You will be happy with your purchase. A little goes a long way too.

I decided to try primer for a couple reasons. First it's been an insanely hot summer and I've been finding that the little amount of make up I wear (mainly BB cream) was feeling oily and rubbing off before I even left the house. And Second I'm almost 40 and I've been noticing more fine lines and uneven skin tone and I want to avoid using a more full coverage foundation as long as I can. This primer has helped with those needs. While obviously primer can't stop sweating during summer heat it has helped to keep the oily sheen to a minimum. I feel like my skin has a dewy look but not greasy or oily. And when I apply my BB cream it has much better coverage for those fine lines and red spots and it stays put longer. At first I wasn't sure it was making a difference but I forgot to put it on under my BB cream yesterday for the first time and that's when I realized how good of a job it was really doing. I will definitely keep using this and will recommend it!

Its good and smooth finish. It also has mica , which might be issue for long term use.

At first I really wasn't sure if this primer actually did anything. It does help my missha BB cream last marginally longer however it also makes my t-zone shinier than if I just applied BB cream over my existing skin care regime. 4 stars because for the first 2 hours my makeup looks amazing and imperfections minimized.
