Lowering the Body Fat/Not Losing Significant Weight
I ordered this combo and waited to try it till I was not taking as many other supplements because I wanted to give it a fair chance to work. I workout ALOT and I love to eat ALOT. I eat clean, not vegan or vegetarian, and I am constantly on a IF (Intermittent Fasting) routine. I am not overweight, but I am trying to get super lean and down to a body fat percentage of about 17-18% from 21% I am now, so I wanted to try this combo.It seems to work best at curbing my appetite when I take it about an hour before eating a normal meal. A normal meal for me is a lean meat, a good carb (even a potato) and usually fruit as a dessert. For me, it seems to hold me over longer and not make my blood sugar drop if I have meat protein and fat in my meal. If I take it an hour before I have a protein shake with coconut oil, I cannot go as long without eating, and my blood sugar seems to drop pretty drastically. I always end of having to eat something substantial when this happens to stop cold hands and a headache and nausea.I have had to play around with it to see what works best for me for controlling my appetite, and what I mentioned above is the key for me. I have not lost any weight, per the scale, but I do think I am beginning to lean up a bit more. This is always a hard process for me even though I totally avoid sugars (except fruit) drink tons of water only, and eat clean 99% of the time.I am going to order another combo of it for probably 2 more months and see if I can continue the slow leaning out process. I am 5'7" (137lbs) and I would like to be 130lbs totally leaned out.

Be patient, It Works!
Day 1,2: no changes except for company asking for feedback on a product I JUST recieved. Day 3: I had no desired for coffee, I am a heavy coffee drinker. I also notice my appetite slightly change (I still eat for my health). I did 30mins of cardio plus went on a 30mins walk later that night. I noticed I was sweating profusely and I never sweat before. To me this is good. Day 4: I'm not tired at all even though I worked out the day before. No side effects so far which is great! My appetite is decreasing and my energy levels are slighly up. I HIGHLY recommend using this product with a calory-counting and exercise tracking app. I'm using MyFitnessPal to see what I eat, stay below 1200 calories per day and change my eating habits. It is an eye opener once you actually see what you eat, modify the amounts and change for good. Day 5: no appetite and still going. Cleaned the whole house, sweat, and not tired. I keep a diary of my activities and weight. I take 2 Garcinias and 2 Green Coffee before breakfast and lunch, not dinner and I'm able to sleep. No weight change or bowel movement yet, just lots of urination for me so keep hydrating. It may take time and it works different for everyone. I tried the Garcinia last year with Strawberry Ketone and lost 7lbs so I'm giving this combination a chance. Be patient.

The jury is still out...
I'm giving this three stars because I began taking the Garcinia Cambogia and green coffee extract a little over two weeks ago and haven't lost a pound. In fact, I may have even gained a couple pounds. That being said, I started this shortly after Halloween when the leftover Halloween candy is still all over the place and I can't resist. This leads right into Thanksgiving with all the other delicious food I can't resist, so I can't say the Garcinia wouldn't work if I were eating the way I normally eat throughout the rest of the year. I have definitely noticed that it works well as an appetite suppressant and the green coffee extract does its duty. My biggest struggle is figuring out what time of day is best to take it. I've been taking it before breakfast and dinner, but I've noticed that in the early afternoon, my munchies come back. I'm thinking about switching the timing of taking the pills to see if that will help. Another issue I'm having with timing is this: the Garcinia bottle says to take it on an empty stomach between 30 minutes to 2 hours before a meal. However, i try to eat 5 small "meals" throughly the day to keep my glucose levels consistent so I rarely have a truly empty stomach.

13 lbs in 2 weeks AND now 17 lbs down in one month
I mainly bought this product for appetite control. I've been eating what I want and as much as I want my entire life. My desire to loose weight was driven by a Biggest loser competition at work. Week 1 taking these and practicing clean eating I lost 9 lbs. I was happy but the office seems to think that's an incredible number. At week 2's weigh in, I've lost an additional 4 lbs however I also have incorporated workouts to my week. The last weigh in for the competition is on 2/15. We shall see what the final outcome is. Just remember it's not a magic pill you still need to work. HESITANT ONE
I was one of those people who were hesitant about any weight loss pills that you see advertised, but weighing in at the same weight I was, when I took my son home, now 4 years old, I knew I had to make every change possible, even if it meant falling toward the assistance of something I truly believed wasn't going to work. So a few weeks ago I ordered a trial sample Cambogia.
