If you like peanut butter flavor then this will not disappoint as it contains peanut flour. Those with peanut allergies beware.For all you clean eaters this product does contain high fructose corn syrup. I could care less since it all becomes glucose in the body anyway.They also call out that there is no protein spiking on the label. Why is this important? Well lots of shady supplement companies add nitrogen based aminos that serves as filler towards the total protein grams per serving (this also cuts cost on using whey). I like that Westside is clear that they do not spike their supplements and you are getting mostly whey and casein content in their powder.I usually have one of these shakes post workout in the evening. It has a good macronutrient breakdown and is low on the fat and carbs. I like that it is a mix of casein and whey for a quick and slow protein release.I've used many protein powders over the years but I actually enjoy the taste of this one. I actually look forward to it. Some other brands- while having great macros, taste awful. Keep in mind I am also a peanut butter whore, which might make my preference for this powder somewhat biased.

These days you never know what you're going to get with a protein powder. I figured if this was good enough to get Louie Simmons stamp of approval it was worth trying.Chocolate Peanut Butter tastes really good and mixes well in my Blender bottle with water. Since it's not simply whey it actually curbs your hunger. It makes a great post workout shake too.My only complaint is the price point. It's​ a little on the high side.

Its the perfect size and weight for my son and is a good quality blanket. My son absolutely loves it! He goes to sleep much quicker and has better quality sleep now. I wish I had bought this months ago.
