video not as advertised
the disks are great but the the included video is a bust. it seems like it is marketed to fitness professionals and basically just demonstrates the basic exercises, there are not actual exercise routines. luckily there are tons on youtube, so save your money and just order the disks...

Glide with ease
I really enjoy these. They slide like crazy on the carpet! The DVD is easy to follow and doesn't feel like much of a workout, but I felt it the next day. I put my feet on them, get in plank position, and follow my little girl around the house...working arms and abs.
