I've lifted heavy weights for years and noticed, about five years ago or so, that my knees started feeling "dry". With every bend, synovial fluid is supposed to get shot into your joints, lubricating them. It felt like this was no longer happening. The dryness in my knee starting to cause pain. My wife mentioned Omega 3 pills and I started taking them. All of a sudden, my knees were like they were when I was a kid!Then, all of a sudden, my knees started hurting me again. What happened? Well, my last bottle ran out and I started taking another, from a different manufacturer. That's when I learned that some of these guys don't put in their pills what they say they do. After much research, I found these and once again, I'm pain free. I've been taking these guys are a few years now and they're great.

It is a time-tested Omega-3 with Vitamin D3 product for me. After my doctor read the label, he adjusted the dosage to fit my needs. My doctors seem pleased, with, especially, the Vitamin D my lab work reports always show and have remarked that it is rare to see a person of my age (I am 87) show such good results. All around, I feel this is a beneficial product.

I taken long time but still I need a medicine to lower the cholesterol. I don't know if was working EFA-D3 Omega?

I have been using this product for a few years, and find it easy to take with little after-taste.

Helpful for general body conditioning

Over the years I have ordered this product and been satisfied. This particular item likely had some ruptured capsules as they all gelled together into one large mess. When I was able to get some out they looked as though there was/is air bubbles inside the capsule. I have ordered and received another bottle of this product in view of the prior satisfaction. We shall see how this one does.Should I send this one back?
