I have been battling migraines for 20+ years. I recently switched neurologists and was recommended this product. He knows that I do not like to take many of the migraine medications out there due to past side effects and offered this approach. He stated many of his patients do well on the product.I am on week 3 of taking Migrelief and feel subtle changes in the frequency of my migraines and in my essential tremors. My biggest trigger is changes in the weather. I have been able to go the 3 weeks without a migraine despite rainy cold stormy weather. I have had some discomfort but not a full blown migraine attack. My tremors have been effected as well. They are not completely gone but they are so much better. It does take time to work in your system but am slowly seeing a change for the better. Hope it continues.Pills: do not taste like much. Pretty big and recommend taking with plenty of water.Negatives: I have been getting reflux daily since beginning. I have also had to use the bathroom more often due to stomach cramps. Trying to figure out the best way to manage these issues hence the 4 stars.And just so you know, it does change the color of your urine.1 month update: I have been taking Migrelief daily for a little over a month now. I am happy to report that I have not had a full blown migraine since. I have had precursors such as intense neck pain which is usually what acts up first before my migraines but have had zero migraines. After so many years of getting them multiple times a month, I am shocked. I did drop down to one tablet a day due to the stomach issues and they have resolved. I will be uping to the recommended two times a day and will update after trialing it for a few weeks. This product is worth a shot if you are a migraine sufferer.7/23 Update: Honesty is the best policy in my opinion especially having an understanding on how debilitating migraines can be. As earlier stated, Migrelief was recommended by my neurologist who knows I do not like taking strong medications due to side effects. I took Migrelief religiously for 2.5 months with a definite improvement in my migraine frequency. My stomach though… it was rough on my stomach. I had some improvement when taking every other day but when I began upping to the daily dose the stomach issues came back with a vengeance. Upon further research, I learned that the magnesiums in this supplement are often used as laxatives.Wanting to keep the beneficial momentum going, I decided to purchase high quality versions of Feverfew, a B-100 complex, and Magnesium Glycinate for better absorption. I take these every other day because these can get pricey and on the off day added Co Q10 and the benefits have been astounding. I can proudly say I have had one mild episode in the past month.With this said, I would not discount the migrelief especially to start. Its cost effective and the only reason why I tried something else was due to the persistent stomach issues. It does not mean it will happen to everyone which is why I feel it is worth a shot. Migrelief did kick start my migraine free journey.

I've had migraines all my life. For several years now, I've had a (mild to moderate) headache pretty much daily and migraines 2-3 times a week - including clusters. 2-3 emergency room visits in past year. Blowing through imitrex and excedrine migraine. Because of that, my Dr was going to put me on a daily migraine preventative. Then I found this Migrelief. My dr had mentioned feverfew previously. I was skeptical, but figured I had nothing to lose. But, it turns out I did...my headaches!!I started taking the dosage recommended. Way too much riboflavin for me, apparently. (Google 'riboflavin neon'...) So, I cut back to one a day. The bottle also says it can take up to 90 days to take effect, but did not take nearly that long for me.Now, after two months of taking this, I do not have the daily headaches nor do I have migraines/clusters 2-3 times a week. I now have a mild headache maybe 2 days a week at most, a migraine maybe once every 2 weeks, and I haven't had a cluster in two months. Not only are they less frequent, but they're less intense seem to respond better to the imitrex and EM.I had the apt with my dr and told him I didn't need a daily preventative right now and if this stuff keeps working like this, I won't need one any time soon.I highly recommend this to any migraine sufferer. Take it as recommended at first (adjust if needed like I had to) and keep in mind it could take a while to work for you. But, I have to say it's definitely worth a try. You've got nothing much to lose...except your headaches!!ETA: I ran out and because of a major unexpected expense this month, I didn't really have the money to reorder. Well, I'm having daily headaches again. I just reordered - I'll have to just take money from somewhere else in the already tight budget. Worth it, though. I'll never let this stuff run out again, that's for sure.

I didn't like this product. I didn't take long enough to see sustained results. I got major pain in my back, right where my kidneys are after I took the pills. It made my urine BRIGHT yellow, which is normal with some vitamins I realize, but it was drastic and lasted almost 3 days. That, I have never had that happen before. The pain lasted about 2 days and then subsided my kidneys seemed to clean out the product and everything went back to normal. I have taken a lot of herbs before and am in pretty great health. I haven't tried the product again, I guess I should test it twice to be sure but it was the only thing I did differently in my routine and it seemed pretty clear to me what the culprit was. I wish I could return cause it won't be something I take on a daily to try to help with migraine. There goes 25 bucks, I guess. So buyers beware... It was really rough on my kidneys and I didn't like it.

My seal on the bottle was open when it was sent. I ordered a second bottle ahead of time now it’s too late to return it once I opened it after first ran out.

It seems to help so far, only been taking for a few weeks. I do recommend taking with food, I tried it on an empty stomach by mistake and felt a little queasy. Its easy to swallow. It also has a bit of a strong taste/smell.
