A very easy to set up and high quality clock. Looks great and the soind quality out of it is great.

This was bought on behalf of my dad for my mums birthday. She was presented with it this morning and was totally thrilled with it. Having looked at it myself, it is beautifully painted and well constructed. Glad I went with the higher end of the budget as I think the lesser priced plastic ones might not have been as nice. This one is made of wood and is painted on all sides, even underneath and at the back. It was easy to construct and set time. The cuckoo is brilliant and will sound the amount of time foe the time, ie: twice at 2pm, five times at 5pm etc. Great all round clock !!!

Beautiful clock, bought for partner for Xmas. Beautiful sound, and cute cuckoo comes out. Highly recommend. Sounds can also be turned off.

So gutted, it’s a lovely clock, nice details and fairly traditional. Some bits are a bit plasticky, but overall nice.The clock however will not cookoo if the hands are moving, if they don’t move after you reseat it then it will cookoo, but of course it doesn’t tell the time!!!I’ve re-set it and re-sycronsed that many times I’ve lost count!!I guess it’s hit and miss for those who have a working one and us who don’t.Sadly returning the item.

Very satisfied with the clock - just what I wanted. Music playing after the hourly cuckoo appearance is optional - we turned it off after a couple of weeks. The reason that the clock does not always make the cuckoo noises seems to be that it has a light sensor. During hours of darkness the cuckoo pops out, detects that it is dark and just makes a muted noise once and goes back inside. I actually find this a great feature. If I am having an early night I don't want twelve cuckoo noises at midnight. It has kept time perfectly and been entirely reliable. It is also light and easy to fit over a nail or hook. Happy to recommend this item.

I received this on the 24th of December. And read through the instructions and mounted it onto the wall. I then fitted the pendant. But unfortunately as I fitted this it fell apart with the lower part of the pendant dropping to the floor. Which is quite shocking considering the cost of this clock. So basically the pendent strapped in half in my hand. I managed to glue the two hlafs together. But it looks unsightly. How ever the cuckoo clock does work flawlessly. Just wish I could get the pendant replaced. Hence three stars.Update from the previous review. I messaged the company directly to ask for a replacement pendant. But no reply I've sent two emails to be completely ignored. Not Very Good Customer Services At All...Still haven't had anything reply from the customer service not through email id directly placed twice. So I got creative and made my own pendant. Which is 1000 time's better than the original pendant...
