I always put the case in water before putting my phone in it to make sure the case won’t leak or anything and I put a paper towel on the inside to make sure it stays dry. I did this with this case and it didn’t leak at all. It does all it’s supposed to and protects my phone. It also doesn’t make the screen hard to touch especially since I have a tempered glass screen protector on it with the case. I would definitely recommend getting this case to a friend.

I really love this case, I like the way it protected my camera however the downfall was I could not use the speakerphone feature. It is so waterproof there are no holes inside where the speakers are and therefore no one could hear me talk to them. I use speakerphone about 50% of my day and if people can’t hear me talk then I can’t use the case.

This was easy to place on my phone. It was easy to Remove. This will protect my phone. Hopefully I never drop it again but if I do at least now I know my phone is completely safe and hopefully will never shattered the screen like it has in the past with other phone covers. I am very pleased with the fact that I can clearly see my screen. I can still use the volume button on the side of the phone. I will continue to use this product and Byam for friends and family.

I’ve had it for about a week now and I have had no issues. It’s not super bulky or heavy. I am able to wirelessly charge through the case. You do not need a special adapter for the plug in port. So far it has not hindered the camera at all. Overall I have been very happy with it. I bought this because I work in a cabinetry shop. So paint and wood dust is everywhere. It has done extremely well so far preventing dust from getting inside.

I purchased this as a gift for my dad. It went on easily, is very sturdy, and still shows off the beautiful phone! I spent 5x as much on a big name brand case for myself and I'm not half as happy with it as my dad is with his. I'll be ordering one of these for myself when the one I'm using starts to show some wear.

I’m surprised at how well it fits. Snug all the way around the phone. I didn’t run into any hearing issues. Can be heard and can hear just fine. Works great for my husband who is rough on his phones. They are subjected to lots of sand. Hoping this will keep performing well!

So the only thing that sucks is trying to speak through this case. They put the disclaimer in the package you receive which is fine bc I hate talking on the phone anyway. I’ve dropped my iPhone like 30 times in the last couple weeks. Works like a charm for protection thank goodness

Hi, I got this case because I had one for my older phone and loved it, so when I upgraded my phone there was no question in my mind that I wanted the same case. When I received it, however, I realized the product was damaged. First of all, the lanyard tore within a few weeks of use, which never happened to my old case. This was a huge bummer because I really like this feature and like carrying my phone using the lanyard, it's very convenient. So that was the beginning of it. The bigger issue is the fact that the case doesn't stay shut. The two pieces that enclose the phone, making it waterproof, are constantly ripping apart, to the point where if I don't keep closing it every few seconds, the phone will actually fall out of the case entirely. I'm extremely disappointed and will be seeking a refund or replacement.
