These were recommended by an orthopedist to calm my Achilles tendinitis. I was given a referral to an orthotist to obtain them, then realized (after making an appt 4 weeks out) that I could get exactly what the doctor described, on Amazon, for less than $14. I received them, they work great (I ended up adjusting them to 1/2 inch), and I was able to cancel my appt and save a lot of money. Needless to say, I’m thrilled.

I have gotten these before and wanted to make some more lifts the correct height for other shoes. You can make any height lift by taking off the sections that comes with this pack. I ordered medium the first time and they were a little too wide for my shoes and i had to cut them down. For a woman's shoe I would (and did) buy a small. I also take a piece of tape and circle the lift after I get the right height, just for extra support. I like the product.

Purchased these after lower back pain would not go away after hip replacement and knee replacement surgeries on the same leg and on same side as pain. Had my PT measure my legs and sure enough it was shorter. After purchasing these, the was a near immediate improvement. Two weeks now walking, teaching, coaching, and golf, I have no pain to minimal pain and only after prolonged activities (track meets and golf). Fantastic product. Only problem I have is small is too narrow and slides in show and medium is just a bit too big. I'm going to trim the mediums to fit.

I bought this for a leg discrepancy after hip replacement surgery. It just felt like a lump in my shoe. I previously purchased the 3/4 inch lifts and they are much more comfortable, but I thought I could use a little more height. But the 1 inch didn't work out well. I will stick with the 3/4 inch ones.

Best fit and quality. My daughter has to use one on her right foot because of her scoliosis. This has been such a good help and for the price also. I previously purchased one for 4 times the price and it works the same.

It help with my lower back pain and my leg pain I was having due to being out of alignment. Lots cheaper then going to a chiropractor. I don’t have back pain or leg pain anymore.

I needed a quick fix until I get get to the podiatrist and have him order what I needed. The podiatrist said for my situation, these were fine, not a good as the custom one's his office has made for patients but they would work just fine for me, and they have - so I saved a bunch of money! I bought several different brands of heel lifts and Mars Wellness was the worst. The adhesive didn't last and the top cover fell off. The support was too squishy and not enough support. I am within the normal BMI and this lift didn't provide adequate support nor did the quality last.
