I've been using this product for years...why is it so hard to purchase it directly from Tatcha?It is an essential part in my daily facial routine. I just hope that Tatcha isn't discontinuing this product!

This is a decent serum. The only reason I tried it is because I love her Dewy Cream of the same line and it has been very moisturizing and a god-sent for my extremely dry and sensitive skin. This serum is somewhat moisturizing but more of an anti-aging type of product - it has not helped my skin tightness sensation after I wash my face at all. It’s got a nice pearly consistency to it and no overwhelming scent either. Skin feels and looks smooth and toned.

Product was as I expected it to be, but the huge clamshell it came in could have held 6 boxes of the product! The oversized clamshell necessitated shipping in a much larger box than would be normal. Wasted space, wasted materials, and probably more costly shipping for larger box.

I absolutely respect and enjoy the TATCHA line of Products! For my Dry Sensitive Skin, Tatcha has calmed my Rosacea , and my skin glows and looks and feels health now! I normally order directly from www. Tatcha.com, out of San Francisco, and have had no issues with the product. This bottle had been exposed to heat or something, as the tip of the serum was hard as a rock and stopped the pump from working. The rest of the serum was thick and somewhat dry, as though it had been oxidized ( light-medium brown color) and this is NOT the quality of Tatcha products. TATCHA is an Amazing Skin Care line, and If this happens to you, please let Tatcha know, as they are incredibly responsive, and quick to keep you satisfied!
