Great kit.
Easy install, sounds great and even comes with a treble bleed kit for single coils if you want to use it. I found this kit very easy to install but I would like an even more detailed wiring diagram or a video on the website for a step by step process. Being that this was the first Jazzmaster I wired up I did need to refer to my MIM Jazzmaster just to be certain wires were going to the write place, especially ground wires.

Wrong size input jack
Input jack is the wrong size, it’s 1/8” too big. Installing this will damage your pickguard.

Wrong shafts on pots - don't buy
Whoever is selling this product is not doing enough homework for the customer. Although the pots are the right VALUES, they are NOT the right shafts. This goes for both this Jazzmaster kit AND the Jaguar kit. On the rhythm circuit for instance, the CTS mini pots have the smaller shaft that (as you can see in the first photo) will NOT correctly fit the rollers you must attach to them and will cause them not to turn or feel right. The 3rd photo shots the Alpha pots that have the correct larger shaft which FIT the rollers. Now for the main/lead circuit volume and tone pots, they have the split style shaft instead of the solid shaft. This will NOT work with Jaguar knobs or Jazzmaster "witch hat" style knobs. It will only work on a Jazzmaster if you're going for the look of a 1960 to 1963 Jazzmaster which uses Strat style push on knobs. But even in that case you still have to buy new mini pots for the rhythm circuit.Bottom line DON'T BUY IT. You're not saving money. If the pots had the correct shafts (and they should off 2 style kits for the Jazzmaster, a "62" with split shaft pots on the lead circuit for use with Strat style push on knobs and a "65" with solid shaft for use with set screw witch hat knobs) this would be a great value but considering you're going to have to purchase AT LEAST new mini pots for the rhythm circuit if not all new pots if you're wiring a Jaguar or a "65" style Jazzmaster (which use set screw type knobs and thus use solid shaft pots), your ultimately not saving any money.Until they fix this issue, you're better off buying the pots, switches and cloth wire from a another provider. I'm very upset I ended up.purchasing 3 sets and did not notice until it was time to install. Big waste of time and money.

Quality Components
I used this wiring kit on my parts Jazzmaster (parts master?). The components are all high quality/name brand. I'm very happy with the way it turned out.

Fragrant but complete
The pot bracket and roller knobs aren't included for the rhythm circuit, but I supposed this is understandable since most wiring kits don't include hardware. Otherwise it's a complete set of quality parts. It would be nice if they included wiring in a few other colors since it's a busy circuit, but I just tagged the ends of white wire with blue red and green sharpies to help keep track of the runs. One odd thing is the kit literature came absolutely doused with cologne, even after airing out in the detached garage for a month it was still overwhelming, so I downloaded and printed out a separate set of Fender reference instructions from the Tone Shaper website. The instructions are good, but it took me a while to figure out that the thick center bar on the 3 way toggle is the ground connection, and the volume pot is wired to the 2 lugs below that.

Superb
Will not adress hos it sounds as i think that is subjective. But clear and Good instructions. Fits perfect in My jazzmaster MIJ. Very positive experiance overall. All parts är marked with Numbers and instructions as well so easy assembly and with moderate soldering skills it is a no brainer.

Attention aux diamètres des axes ...
Diametre des axes des molettes fait 4 mm, je ne trouve pas de molette avec un diametre intérieur de 4 mm, on trouve des molettes avec un diamètre de 6 mm ...
