Game Against Rick Morty Game – Funny Game

So I bought this as a gift and gave it to a friend. We ended up playing that night. We had a group of four and are all pretty big Rick and Morty fans. We did have a lot of fun playing and I'm glad that I got it. The person who received it as a gift says he loves it! But there are a few notable discrepancies that I would like to point out. The box is blue not black, not a huge deal but different. When unpacked there was a long hair tide into the ribbon Inside the Box, again not a huge deal but some people are squeamish. Some cards seem to have typos or sound like they were translated from a different language, so grammar might be a little off. One of our party members found this maddening but still had fun and though she called it a knock-off product I think in the end she enjoyed it as well. We only found one reprinted blue card, two cards with the same scenario printed on it. For game play to run smoothly it seems best to kind of pretend the cards are written in an alien language, to explain the weird grammar, or read them as you think it should sound. As a loose example, read the card "you should go now" rather than "you now go" type thing. With all that said, the different scenarios and references made the game a lot of fun to play. Halfway through we even had someone that knew nothing about Rick and Morty come in and play a few hands and we had them cracking up and getting into it as well. Overall, if you can get past a little things and focus on having fun then I think it was well worth the buy.

I was so excited for these to arrive but when taking off the plastic wrap and opened it the product was very dusty inside the box and I’m highly allergic to dust... so instant allergic reaction. So glad I didn’t buy this as a gift and get it sent to their home. 😣 Also cards are not that great. There’s a couple good ones. But most of the white cards have 1-6 words on it and it doesn’t correspond with most of the cards in the black deck. It was very hard to make sense of anything and make it fun. Definitely would love my money back. Don’t bother buying. Maybe for a never to be open game for a collection. But not worth playing. I’ve never bought cards against humanity and I’ve always wanted them but now I’m second guessing if I want to buy those either if they are anything like this.

I figured this wasn’t an official Cards Against Humanity expansion but it’s hardly even comparable in quality. The cards are very thin and have a weird laminate feel to them, as well as somehow being dirty inside the box. I was going to give them as a gift but with the quality that they are I would feel a little embarrassed honestly. If you’re buying them for yourself, I’d say they’re fine but this isn’t something I would feel comfortable giving as a gift.

It came with a cute blue ribbon that should totally be green, but it's not. And the cards dont feel like CAH cards so they're bum to have with a huge collection. Some of them are funny, some are too specific to be funny. They're not great stand-alone but fun to intermix with CAH... if you dont mind the cheaper quality. Honestly though, they're spill proof. Buddy of mine spilled his drink all over like 4 cards, the other CAH cards got a little stained but these wiped straight clean. They're alright. It's a half-hearted recommend.

I was super excited about this set. When I received the box, I wrapped it up as a gift. We played it on Christmas. Most of the cards were messed up. They also were pretty lame. My family are fans of the series and we felt this game was lacking. The cards also had some weird film on them that wasn’t placed correctly. Would not recommend this product.

Not all of the cards line up well, making the game kind of clunky to play, if everyone is a rick and morty nerd, its still a great laugh tho.

While we love the show, the cards are terrible. Not just the physical cards (done on terrible 'card' quality, the ink isn't consistent and sometimes flacks off it, some are cut wrong), but the writing/grammar makes no sense on over half the blue cards and some of the white.

I mean it’s ok. But the cards aren’t really that enjoyable. I had high expectations and they weren’t even close to met. I wouldn’t pay $15 for these. It was a waste of money
