Everything was awesome with the purchase! Excellent customer service and interaction. I needed a second collar w/ receiver and they sent it quickly. The transmitter lasts a long time on a single charge and receivers also. You have to press the buttons twice to work which means that the dog doesn't accidentally get buzzed or shocked accidentally. Range is superb for days on a single charge. Great buy for the money!

I really loved this collar at first, then couldn't figure out how to turn it off. I had to charge it often. Then the features stopped working. I was wondering why my dog was ignoring me, I just thought he was being smart, then figured out the collar wasn't working. By then the guarantee was out. Plus I have been sick, after surgery. Now it is wasted money. What can I do??

We’ve had ours for 4 months and we love it however, it says it’s waterproof but our lab was playing in the “baby pool” (the hard plastic ones) and now it’s beeping all crazy and the green light is flashing like crazy. I’m scared it’s going to accidentally shock her. I’m not sure it is really water proof. All the ports were shut so it should have been fine. I’m scared to use it now and I cannot send it back for a replacements because it says my window has retired. I’m kinda Sad.

I purchased this training collar to help reinforce a 3 year old willfull Black lab's training. The vibration mode is all I have needed to use as it instantly stop's whatever miss- behavior he's doing almost like it was shocking him! He's learned to not bark more than a couple of times at anything now, instead of the constant stream of barking at anything!

I chose this product for the price, the many settings/levels, and increased length of reach. Vibration and Static settings are extremely high for my dog, no matter where i position the collar on her neck. I didn’t get the collar for the vibration, as most dogs are overly sensitive to vibration. Level 1 for static could be felt by my human hand. A bit irritating for me, but Nevertheless, i decided to try it on my 1 year old GSD and, let’s just say I felt like a horrible dog owner after. Level 1 was too overwhelming for her, as indicated by her yelping, jumping, and shakes afterwards. Needless to say, this product is useless considering there isn’t a level below 1 and I won’t be using this collar for its vibration setting as mentioned above. I won’t be using this product and i learned my lesson that a lower price is NOT better when it comes to e-collars.
