The lamp is built solid and I like the design. The instructions for assembly are worthless, can't read them, however you can figure out what to do. Extra care must be taken to not scratch the paint off with the tools you will have to use to get the lids off the cylinder and screwing things back together. You have to put all the arms on which takes about 7hours. Customer service was exceptional, they reached out to me to see if I needed assistance and send replacement shade fro one I cracked on assembly.

First the bulbs are not white light, the bulbs light are very pinkish very low bright. All the parts are very fragile and low Quality. The cover of the lights and arms breaks easy. The gold of the lamps it is like a kid painted with a very bad quality pain. There was not instructions to assembly. I paid a professional to assembly and install and took him a lot of time. Definitely I do not recommend it.

This chandelier is wonderful! Looks far more expensive than it was. Hint - add the globes before hanging as they are attached with tiny screws and there are a lot of them.

LOVE THE BLACK! The chain is too short to hang over dining table (11ft cieling) so got an extender from Lowes. Bought both the gold and black to compare.Yes, it takes time to put it together (2hrs) but so worth it. TIP: when tightening the glass globes, be careful not to over tighten bc you can crack the small globe.The bulbs are Not dimmable. Installed a dimmer switch and I love the look but of course will have to buy dimmable bulbs later. The bulbs for the black seem to be cool white.Returned the gold one bc it was not an antiqued gold I was hoping for. Between the two, the black looks timeless and high-end. People's eyes seem to gravitate to it. The assembly is an exercise in patience. As a very handy woman, it was fairly easy to figure out w no instructions and took me 2hrs. A wrench is your friend, ignore the extra screws, and put on a good movie as a distraction. You got this!

Bought this for the living room and after spending hours putting it together (with no instructions) it never really came together good. Very flimsy, the wires are too thin, and it was broken.

Purchased for my master bedroom remodel as recommended by my interior decorator. Adds elegance and class as well as color options to match your decor. While I didn't assemble it or install it, it appeared the task was tedious to those that did do it - getting all the bulbs in properly with very tiny, tiny screws. Looks like it requires a certain level of precision as I see some of the lights are not completely flush straight.I found several of the tiny screws embedded in my carpet after the fact and hope I personally don't have to change any of the bulbs ever.

Well... it works. So that is good. Be prepared to spend a few hours to assemble and hang the fixture. You'll also need a very small wrench or tiny needle nose pliers to put it together. I also did so with no instructions. The manufacturer says to contact them for instructions, but what they provide is instructions on how to hang the fixture, NOT how to put the fixture together itself! I replied back asking for more detailed instructions on how to put it together and they never got back to me. On top of that, the hanging instructions are incorrect. The round plate that attaches to the ceiling has two screws that go vertically into the ceiling. On the instructions it show two screws horizontally. So you can mail for instructions but they will not match the current products design. Good luck!
