I have short legs and have the car seat pulled all of the way up in order to reach the pedals. Will I still be able to reach the pedals?

NO it won't, this pad doesn't hold its height and collapses to nothing, its a soft seat pad nothing more, i have RA and thought it would stay high to help me get out of a chair, it failed. like i said its about a $5.00 item, not worth the huge money that i paid. Getting real sick of the false claims on Amazon products!

I would say its soft yet firm enough to keep the height. Its like the cotton in a good quality mattress (not memory foam) . It also has good weight to it as well. I hope this helps answer your question.

What are the dimensions of this cushion? Will it fit the driver's seat in a mini cooper to help me see over the hood?

The cushion I have is 18 X 16, but it could be squished out a bit as I have been sitting on it for quite awhile. I can't say if it will work in your mini-Cooper because I don't know the seat dimensions of the car.
