Just as with all their other products this is a five. Unlike all the other brands of lip balm, Cliganic lip balm is a true moisturizing lip balm that doesn't contain all the chemicals and dyes that actually dry your lips out instead of moisturizing them. If you are looking for a product that has a taste that matches the flavor or gloss your lips and makes them greasy, this is not for you. Instead, if you are looking for something that is going to actually moisturize your lips and treat your lips, then this is the product that you need. I like the Cliganic brand because their products are USDA approved, natural and organic, and very reasonable in price. You can't ever go wrong with Cliganic, so I would definitely give them a try.

I like the light fragrance and taste the lip balm I believe to be a clean product with no junk in it and love the silkiness

Generally, I make my own lip balm and although I do use less oils and more beeswax, this product comes about as close to home crafted lip balm as you're probably going to find unless you make it yourself. That being said, chemically made lip balm (*think Ch@pstick*) may work better for lips that are already severely cracked and chapped and you're planning on going back outside into cold or harsh, dry weather - some of the chemical ingredients that your body won't absorb quickly will stay on your lips and give you a bit better protection for a longer amount of time. Since the ingredients in the Cliganic USDA Organic Lip Balm Set are natural, your lips will absorb more of the oils and soften them, well ... 'naturally', but because of this you will most likely need to apply it more often especially if your lips are already dry and chapped.I believe the best use of this product is to soften lips *before* they are too damaged or dry unless you're willing to reapply often. It really does work well in that capacity and you'll know you didn't put anything on your skin you can't pronounce or wouldn't ingest. I gave Cliganic USDA Organic Lip Balm Set 5*****'s because I knew what to expect from a natural lip balm and it didn't disappoint. Another great use of this product is simply to apply it just before bed (when you won't be drinking, talking, eating, etc.). Wipe off any excess in the morning (there usually isn't any) and enjoy soft, supple lips :)Now go kiss your kids/husband/significant other/whatever ;)
