Pacific Living Outdoor Build-in or Counter Top Large Capacity Gas Oven with Pizza Stone and Smoker Box, Black Powder CoatThe oven was damaged in shiping inside and out.You cannot put the stone on the inside for shipping and expect it to be ok.The weight of the stone bent the stome supports runing the powder coat on the supports. There was also a dent on the outside. Amazon delivered it a day later than guaranteed and extremely damaged. Not there is no option for repair.I am about done with Amazon!So is my wife who constantly orders on Amazon. Also. Y two personal businesses will no longer order through Amazon.We are puting this damaged oven together to use for out family to make pizza for Christmas dinner.A little too late to return the damaged oven.It will rust now as the powder coat poped off where the damage is.If you had somome intellegent enough to pack it with the stone on edge behind the oven with all other items instead of inside then there would be no inside damage. The dent on the outside would still be there.Thanks for my wife's damaged Christmas gift!---------------

I love this oven!!!! We immediately converted it to natural gas for our outdoor kitchen. It gives us excellent temperatures, well regulated and even heat distribution, with the high heat only a pizza oven can produce. I use it for bread baking (cook in a dutch oven with preheated vessel), pizza, flatbread, wings in a cast iron skillet and all summer baking even without high heat necessity. It produces perfect bread I can't get in my kitchen oven. We cook outside approximately 80% of the time in the "summer" months - April to November and this oven has changed our lives. If you have any issues with the oven/ignition etc., as I've seen mentioned, contact the manufacturer - they are super helpful, quickly repsonsive and work to resolve any issues you might have. I had to adjust a couple of things after a year or so of use, and it's still running strong. I won't live without this oven if I have any choice in the matter... spoiled in Fla.

I immediately changed this over to natural gas, and so far I am loving it, fires right up, gets up to temp quick, cooks nice and even.With two stones pizzas are done in 5-6 mins.Will review further as time goes on.

Love this oven for pizza and bread

We recently purchased our Pacific Living Outdoor Gas Oven as one of many appliances on our BBQ island. After delivery and installationI noticed a slight alignment issue with the door. A quick internet search and email communications with Rick, at the Pacific Living store inSanta Ana, was all it took. He suggested a few tweaks to correct the situation but, they did not meet his standards. He replaced ourOven with a brand new unit at no charge. They even noticed an error in the installation,while reviewing the photos, and corrected it with a factory produced part. Where do you find service like that today? And the Oven? Quality built and quqaity performance! We expect years of use and 5 Star performance from this versital unit.Thanks Rick, thanks Pacific Living.
