Great buy, durable, great grip & comfortable to use. Would recommend for at-home use. Not for a gym that needs to sanitize between uses. The cloth is comfortable but would be difficult to clean.

I purchased to use as an SI belt support and it works great and very comfortable. Sorry I can’t review on what it was made for.

The media could not be loaded. Made of durable material. Well stitched. Colors are nice. They do have a slight odor, but I'm sure it is just from packaging and will wear off. Bands come with a drawstring net bag which I will also use as a laundry bag for them.The manual gives examples of a few exercises. There are so many more out there, just look up on YouTube.I bought mainly to strengthen my gluteus minimus, which I've torn. I will also use these while siting at my desk for abductions. I'm at work, so i am in jeans, but the band does not slip. I have yet to test on bare skin. They do have two bands of non slip material on inside.Ive done a few now while sitting and already feel it in my glutes.Out of the box, great quality & resistance.

Excelente producto, de muy buena calidad. La tela se compacta y se adhiere cómodamente a tu piel cuando se usa y se hacen por ejemplo sentadillas, cangrejo, trabajo de glúteos entre otros grupos musculares. No genera mal olor después de su uso, tiene 3 tipos de resistencia lo que te permite probar cada una de ellas según tu fuerza. Recomiendo este producto sin lugar a dudas. 🤗
