I have a chronic eye condition so I've tried multiple masks.First - the really good parts - - Incredibly comfortable - probably the most comfortable mask of this type that I've tried. If I could have given comfort 10 stars, I would.- Looks great. Not that I should care too much how it looks since I don't see it. But if you ever use it on a plane or whatever, you might care.- The cupped eye style is my absolute favorite as I can't stand material making contact with my eye lids- no light gets in. If you like pitch black, these will give you pitch black.-the white lines on the outside of the mask glow in the dark. I didn't know that when I bought it. But I have tendency to pull it off when I'm asleep and then if I wake up in the middle of the night and want to put it back on, it's great not having to hunt around for it. Just a really cool little detailOkay so the not so good parts aren't horrible, but they're enough to be annoying.- headphone placement is terrible. I don't know whose head they modeled this off of but when I think I have pretty average eye/ear placement. The headphones don't go directly over my ears when I've got the mask positioned comfortably over my eyes.- headphones are way too loud from the outside. I couldn't wear this and use the headphones on a plane without disturbing those around me. They are clearly audible from outside the mask.-they do not heat up as well or as quickly as other comparable masks. They do heat, but I've got another mask that supposedly has the same temperature ranges (the power cord with the selector is identical) and this one just doesn't get as warm. At its warmest it's more like my other one at its least warm setting. They both use the graphene material so I feel like it's a pretty apples to apples comparison.Bottom line: Buy this for the comfort and at home use. Skip it if you are looking for maximum heat or the blutooth headphones are a major factor for you. Also, I thought this was clear from the description but I saw it mentioned in another review - the only thing on these that works off of a charge is the blue tooth receiver. The heating mechanism is not rechargeable and the mask has to be plugged in to use that part. My recommendation to the manufacturer would be to ditch the crappy headphones completely, perfect your heating mechanism and market this as the most comfortable heated eye mask available on the market. The one I have that gets hotter is nowhere near as comfortable so I use it on breaks at the office. This is the only one I've tried that is comfortable enough to sleep in.

My husband gets bad headaches, he says this eye mask really helps and he loves the fact he can listen to music while he's wearing it . Relaxes him and helps his pain with the heat. He also wears to at night to get to sleep.Thank you great product.

This eye masks means a lot to me in my life. I use computer all day at work and use my phone to browse around often and my eyes get super tired and dry at the end of the day. Wearing this eye masks takes away all those tired feelings and feel so much better and relaxed after every use. I love the soft case metrical which I found out that it makes me feel very comfortable. Someone was mentioned here that this eye masks times out, but for me I think that is one of the feature I love. It shuts off in approximately an hour and it gets me to fall asleep without worries about the heat and music. I highly recommend!

This helps with my migraines. I’ve been looking forever for the perfect head wrap with all the essentials. This is a winner. This one doesn’t have anything the squeezes your head and make my headaches worse.

I got an eyesore and people say heating up my eyes works as the heat is supposed to help with my eye conditions. I used to use a washcloth and warm tap water, but the washcloth cools off too fast and I keep running the water to warm it up back and forward. I got here on Amazon and found this eye mask would help my eye. Not only does it help with the eyes, but it is also very relaxing. You won’t regret it buying this

I've tried several eye masks of various styles since I started working night shift. This one has been the best I could find for a Bluetooth mask. I'm a fairly light sleeper and I hate ear plugs so I thought something like this would be perfect.Pros-It blocks light very well!-The sound is good and does a good job drowning out noise.- I'm a side sleeper and the headphones are decently padded and comfortable.- They connect easily to my phone.Cons-They turn off after about an hour and when they do there is a loud announcement of it powering off.- The part that goes over the eyes is fairly hard and uncomfortable. I have to put my old softer mask on then this one on top.- There is a very strong chemical smell. It dissipated after a couple days but still unpleasant.I really liked the mask but the fact that it doesn't run until I turn it off is rather annoying. I need something to drown out my obnoxious cat, neighbors and other normal day sounds. As for the warming, I can't vouch for it. The cord is rather short and it doesn't comfortably reach where I lay on the bed so I haven't tried it, it didn't impact my decision in buying this mask. The earpiece placement isn't perfect but close enough. Overall, good mask but could use a couple tweaks.

Every time I try to use them they time out after 45 minutes. This might be okay except that when the time out a loud voice says "Power Off". It is so loud that it wakes my wife and myself up. I have not found a way to adjust this also there is a bright blue light that shines in my wife's eyes as well.

Wish the head phones did not turn off after 1 hr. I love them for my migraines. I like heat on my eyes. Relaxes my eyes and can listen to something to relax me.
