Works great with an induction cooktop.
This 7 piece set is very high quality. I had to replace my entire array of cooking implements after purchasing an induction cooktop. These work great with an induction stove and are completely non stick.

Good for portable stove tops
Great pan set. Good value for the money. I purchased these for a portable stove that you can only use certain pans in and these are good for it. They’re not too heavy but enough weight to feel sturdy. The size is a little large for the stove but it works well.

Great Cookware Make For Great Tasting Food!
This is the best cookware I've ever owned. The stainless steel is solid and looks great. The polyclad bottoms heat quickly and evenly. The non-stick ceramic surface is a joy to cook on and a breeze to clean. I've never owned a stainless steel or ceramic cookware set, or had a glass top stove, before so I researched proper care and maintenance of both. Following the simple recommendations (i.e., cook on low heat, preheat the oil or butter in the pan before adding food, and let the pans cool before cleaning), I've had no problems at all. Best of all, my food tastes like it's "cleaner" than when I cooked with teflon coated non-stick pans. I look forward to cooking with this set almost as much as I look forward to eating what I make with it. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Stainless steel ceramic coated goods
So far- these might just be the best pieces of cookware I have owned! I mean they are not $10000 stuff- but they are amazing and affordable. Make sure you read the care section! I learned never to run water on these before they are cool!

Wash and go
Perfect set wash up great. Non stick without all the forever chemicals finally. Budget friendly. Non stick for eggs and make browning a chicken breast or hamburger and creates an amazing crust on anything! This comes with one lid,1 wish is that the set came with a sauce pot. Great heat distribution and good size in all pans. I do recommend to be careful on a glass top stove could scratch if your a saucy fry chef and like to move your pans. The large pot is on the heavy side but not a deal breaker for me. Don't use metal in these or you will scratch the ceramic. These don't discolor either but don't need a high heat. Don't put cold water into a hot pot/pan it will crack the ceramic according to the care instructions. These are great to cook acidic food in without leeching into the stainless, but the stainless helps with even cooking. Look pretty too would love to grow my set with a large baking sheet pan or pizza pan.

Worst non-stick I've ever encountered
We have a Duxtop induction unit so we wanted to try out the Duxtop cookware on it. (We have other inductive-capable cookware that we've used without difficulty or problem.) We did something simple - first a grilled cheese sandwich and then a chicken-apple sausage. The skillet heated much faster and hotter than our other inductive cookware on the same inductive cook surface. We realized almost immediately that if something normally cooked with other inductive skillets at level 5 or above, this skillet needed level 2.5. And even when using these lower settings any dripped cheese carbonized and seemingly indelibly fused with the surface; similarly the sausages stuck to the surface and left their apparently permanent mark. When done, the skillet was covered with impossible to remove burnt remnants. Scrubbing and scrubbing (using non-stick safe materials) did not help: Those remnants stubbornly resisted all attempts. So, in summary, these Duxtop skillets are great at getting super hot, super fast, and spread the heat extremely well. However, they seem to be bent on having a very short useful life before their purported non-stick surface resembles my worst accident with a traditional stainless steel skillet.

Not non-stick
The coating is pretty, but it is not nonstick. The first photo is what the pan looks like after cooking an omelette, egg stuck everywhere. I start with oil and have tried everything-hot start, cool start, different temps, add water, egg always sticks, and sticks hard. Ironically, when the cooking stops the non-stick starts. Second photo is same pan cleaned with 5-minute water soak and a soft sponge, no soap. I follow the manufacturers instructions exactly, no spray oil, silicone utensils, etc. There is no residue in the pans. +3 stars for quick, even, induction heating, easy cleanup. -2 for poor non-stick performance, misleading non-stick statements from the manufacturer. Though more expensive, CR's top rated OXO Professional anodized work much better.

Amazing! I wish they'd do an entire line of these!!
I have a big set of Duxtop that I use on my high end induction cooktop...and love how even they cook but have to struggle with sticking and cleaning the pots and pans. So, I bought a set of All Clad non stick frying pans...and they are terrible in comparison to the Duxtop. In fact, the large pan 'warped' and I currently have sent it back to them for replacement. In the meantime, I took a chance and purchased this set of Duxtop non-stick...and COULD NOT BE HAPPIER! Super smooth surface, great looking, and best of all...performance on induction is flawless and efficient. I would buy these in every size from Duxtop if they made it! Great price, great service...and high quality cookware for induction...!

i was very surprised with these pans. They are great. And yes they are non stick. I probably use them wrong but put a dab of butter for my eggs. They slide right out of the pan. Into the dishwasher the pan goes. The silicone utensils that came with the pan are lovely also. Very happy with this purchase. Monitoring the abuse these pans take and am considering changing from KitchenAide and paderno to duxtop!
