Finally, ramen that's not fried and gluten free
Delicious miso broth which isn't overly salty, with chewy noodles made of black rice, and it makes for a quick two minute meal if you add a protein and some extra veggies. I've missed eating ramen because of its gluten content, and honestly this is many times better than those poor cheap packets of fried wheat noodles. The miso broth was surprisingly good, as tasty as takeout minus the tofu chunks and mushrooms. If you're on a gluten or wheat free diet you'll be pleased as I was to know ramen soup is back on the table.

I love the taste of Forbidden Rice
I love the taste of Forbidden Rice, so if you know what you're getting in to, give this a try! Boil water, drop the noodles in, pour in the miso soup packet and enjoy! I love the taste of the miso packet. It's very mild, so if you're used to a lot of fat and salt it'll taste a bit watery.

I love this stuff!
I have to eat gluten-free and there are some things I miss being able to have. But there are also things I've discovered that are delightful treats and this is one of them! It cooks in 4 minutes, you can do it on the stovetop or the microwave and IT. IS. DELICIOUS! A light miso broth and the rice noodles taste wonderful and have a perfect texture. Try it! If you're like me, you'll love it!

Do not use UPS DELIVERY!
Great product but please have the sender NOT USE UPS because they do not deliver to the post office anymore in 2025. UPS is returning product to sender

Tastes good but seems the miso contains MSG since I reacted to that. Buyer beware...!

Try before you buy
This isn’t quite your typical Ramen noodles, so unless you’ve had them before, don’t shoot for this big package. But I happen to like it, hence it’s worth it to buy in bulk here.

Completely agree with the other reviewer who said it turned to a gooey mess. Cooked it for four minutes and it was still a rubbery block, which I eventually had to pull apart with tongs to separate. The water turned to a black sludge that looked disgusting, and which tasted like starch even with the seasoning packet. I might be able to cook the noodles and then drain, rinse, and re-water them, but honestly it's not worth the work. I'll probably just throw out the rest of the box. My advice to skip this stuff and find something else. That's what I'll be doing.
