Cheese slicing done right
I bought one of these in The Netherlands where cheese slicing is an art and science.This tool is ideal for the pupose.I never hoped to find one here in the US.But as always Amazon came through. Excellent product. Delivery as promiced too.Im very happy.Thank you!

Consistent slices
This creates even, consistent slices of cheese. This is my second one. Be aware that slices are thin, but that's great for adding cheese to melt on top of something.

Terrible! At least it was cheap enough to just throw away.Did not cut through any cheese. Your better off with a decent knife.

Doesn't thinly slice most cheeses
I bought this to replace one I lost. This one is not sharp enough to work on softer cheeses, like jack, pepper jack, mozzarella. I suppose it might work on weaker cheeses like a parmesan wheel.

Neat and Handy
As a cheese lover, I am always on the look out for a great slicer to shave off the perfect piece, and present it on the built-in serving tray.(So much nicer than a slice landing on the counter as you slice it.) I recommend this to all you cheese lovers out there.
