Made some cowboy cookies with chopped up bars of this and they where some of the best cookies I ever had.

For the price and the rave reviews, I was expecting a more exceptional chocolate. To me, it tasted OK at best with a less than desirable texture and a taste that was masked by sugar. It made good hot chocolate, but I think all around I am not going to buy again and seek an alternative chocolate that makes good hot chocolate and is good to eat.

What can I say… It’s Guitard. Spend a little more —get a lot more. Crush it into uneven pieces and put it in your chocolate chip cookies. Your cookies just got a lot more interesting..They will no longer be ummmm- cookie cutter.Makes an excellent chocolate pudding also

I was concerned the chocolate might arrive melted (live in FL), but was in perfect block form. So good, low in sugar. I prefer baking chocolate vs chips b/c the chips seize up when melted. Time to make truffles! Yum!

Great quality chocolate bars.

Great taste. I can even have a portion on my Paleo diet because the sugar is low enough and it satisfies my craving for sweets
