I have a bad back and so ordered this which arrived yesterday. I put it on charge about 3 hours ago and its still flashing. How long does it take to charge as it's not in the instruction book. Hope you can help me with this

I have to say I was a little sceptical when I first bought this as I’ve had various other slimming belts in the past which to be honest didn’t work for me. However I’m happy to report that after using this for a little while now I can definitely feel and see a difference already and I’ve even had compliments from my other half to tell me so. You have to get used to the kind of sensation that you feel with it but after that there is various settings you can cycle through depending on what your needs are. It’s very simple to use with really clear instructions and it feels really sturdy and safe to use. Obviously having a good diet along with doing this I think I’m on track to achieve some fantastic results over the next few months which I’m really looking forward to.

Looks good and promising, but reality is different. Vibration and rotation are awful, the belt is too heavy and doesn't do what cheaper waist belts do. Waste of money

I bought it to aid me in losing weight around my belly. Didn’t work for me despite following all instructions and using it quite consistently and persistently.

I bought this belt slimmer and it works very efficiently. I am happy that I can use it on my back, the high frequency vibrations give a great massage. The belt is adjustable and it has 4 different speed levels. The belly fat burn will be seen after a few weeks of using but I can say it's a good price for the quality. Highly recommended!

I'm impressed. I was skeptical. I mean, it just sounds too good to be true, right? I read every review and was still on the fence, and because you may be too, I am writing this review. First of all, it does work. You will see a noticeable difference in how your waist looks and how you feel. My father noticed the difference immediately after not seeing me for a week, exclaiming,"You've lost weight!" I didn't quite believe he was saying it, considering I had only been using the belt for two days, but I could feel the difference. I have been using the belt inconsistently for about a month now, and I have lost at least 2-3 inches around my middle. But even with inconsistent use, my clothes fit differently and look differently on me. As others have commented in their reviews, the belt obviously requires consistent use over time to assist in shedding stubborn belly fat. Diet and exercise, of course, would greatly improve efforts, but I have done neither--not really. However, as I have seen my waist shrink noticeably smaller and tighter, I have also become a bit more conscientious of what I consume. A shrinking waist is quite the motivator! The belt works and is helpful in many ways, including, yes, aiding digestion. After use, the belt makes me feel a bit more energetic and noticeably lighter. In the mornings, when suffering from a sluggish start, I lie in bed and use the belt for one 15-minute interval, and I feel lighter, more energetic, and ready to start my day. If I get an opportunity to use the belt for at least an hour a day, I feel triumphant, but life itself can get in the way, and unfortunately, I do not always get that hour. A wireless/rechargeable version would be ideal so you're not held hostage by an outlet, but the belt works, so it is worth the inconvenience. My waist is no where near where I want it to be, but I working on it, and the belt is helping.
