I bought this product October of 2019. I have only started using as I ordered equipment to start my business, then covid put us out. Recently I have tried using and the suction and pushing of air does not work. Is there a replacement piece that I need to swap out or do I need to replace the machine entirely. I have reached out to the seller and no reply. I need help. I would hate to spend another $100+ on a new machine if it is a minor fix. Needless to say it worked perfect when I first bought it, now it's useless.

Once you learn how to use it it really takes off the top layer of skin I don’t think it gets rid of wrinkles though
