This stuff is magic! Kosher and vegan and I do NOT understand how. Plus it comes as a canister with powder in it, so easy to decide how much and no pesky cubes to deal with.

I forgot all about this powder! I am originally from Israel and there is not a pantry in the country that doesn't have this or the non vegan version in it. found this on Amazon and immediately ordered it. You can use it for soups/broths or even as a flavor enhancer in other dishes (stews, rice, veggies - you name it). It is similar to miso paste in the sense it brings out "umami" flavor ( deep savory flavor ) but definitely most resembles the flavor profile of chicken stock, so don't come at me for the Miso comparison :) a little goes a long way so this will last me a while. If you haven't tried it before, I highly recommend it.

Great flavor for soups, beans plus more
This is my go-to-product to provide additional flavor to soups and beans. Since I don't eat meat, it adds an additional flavor that is a great substitute plus the product has great flavor. I don't use chicken broth any longer. I especially love the taste when I use it to add flavor to beans cooked in a crock pot. I always keep this item in my pantry. Love the taste!

Unsafe Product as the Inner Seal Was Broken
Bought a 2 pack. Both containers had broken seals and the product had spilled inside the top of the container. Since it arrived unsealed, it was unsafe to use. The lid on one of the containers had broken off, but the main problem was the broken seals. I could have lived with a broken container top.

This product Is Kosher at least mine were
CORRECTION I thought that only the red cap was Kosher turns out that is not true So both the red cap and green cap are Kosher, instead of the certificate on the front it’s on the back, When I took the items out of the box I saw the certificates The phots show the red cap which means it’s kosher while the green cap is not, I know it does not matter to people that are not Jewish but it is important to those of us who are This is for me a “can’t live without” yes, it is that good it as just the right amount of salt and seasoning to give soups and gravity that extra boost
