Also, you may unscrew the backplate of your laptop and take a photograph of the existing battery with details such as voltage, mAH, model number, etc. If it's matching with the details on the photograph of this product, you should be very sure of compatibility.

It gives warning that primary battery is not identified and this system will not charge this battery pack

Switch off the battery is malfunctioning. It can explode too.

If it is not compatible with my laptop (Dell 5567) Will I get a refund?

I dont know but i think its the matter of amazon return policy..for me the battery is working fine on my dell 5567..so i didn't experienced of returning and getting refund.
