When installing this product I had a difficult time lining up the distributor. The bolt down yoke was either too high or too low. When I installed it the engine would not run. This forced me to remove the warranty seal to re align the rotor for a second installation. The same problem occurred. I decide to reinstall the old distributor. I went in correctly the first attempt which indicated to me the new unit was not built correctly. Since I had broken the warranty seal I decided to harvest to new internal workings and install them in the OEM housing. The engine runs great. There is definitely a manufacturing issue with this unit and cannot recommend purchasing it.

It looks good. It works good. It came relatively quick.

I have a 1997 Jeep Wrangler 4.0 and the plug in was totally different than the Factory plug in. I had to remove the wire harness from my old distributer and put on the new one. It fit but barely as it is very tight where the wire goes down. The new distributer was put in exactly how the old one came out and it just won't line up correctly. The timing was off and it would not run. Put the old one back in and it worked just fine so not sure what the issue is with the new one. Not quite an exact match to the old one unfortunately. I will continue to mess with it and try and get it to work. I would not buy this again.
