Bought this tree a month before Christmas just to make sure this tree will look full and nice. It turns I don’t need to return it! When I unpack the tree, it was undamaged. It took me a while to fluff the tree, i found that gloves are much easier and helpful with fluffing. I highly recommend you guys use gloves rather than bare hands.The finished product looks full and nice that I am considering not to decorate it. There were some particles that came off during the assembling and fluffing process. Overall, I am not regret with this purchase. Since I just start to use the tree, I am not sure if how long the prelit lightbulb will last. Definitely will come back and update the review if there is any change.

The picture is misleading. I spent an hour fluffing it and could not make it look like the picture. The bottom side of the tree is very sparsely "decorated" - only the top half of a branch has branches and needles.The lights are just put on top of the branches; not integrated as one could expect - just cheap Christmas lights. The cable even gets in a way when fluffing the tree (too short between branches).There is no way this tree is 6.5ft - it is more like 6ft.Bottom line: if I had more time before Christmas I would have returned it. It will do this year but I will get another tree next year.

The tree is nothing like the picture. It has holes throughout but luckily we have tons of ornaments to hide the holes. I would return it but I've already returned 4 items to Amazon. The quality of products has clearly gone downhill. I received chocolates that had turned white. How can anyone give that as a gift?? I wouldn't buy another tree on Amazon. Will go to a local store where I can see what I am buying. It is very easy to assemble but giving it 5 stars would skew the overall review when they average out the rating, assembly and value.

This tree failed to light up the upper two thirds of the tree. I was very disappointed considering I spent a lot of money for it not to mention that my five year old daughter was disappointed too. I'll just buy extra lights for the top instead of the hassle of returning. I don't recommend this tree and everyone else should save their money and buy elsewhere.

It does look just fine. Especially with ornaments and from far away. It’s just a little bit to sparse. The lights are mediocre. And I cannot get rid of the top piece tilting one way.It’s okay for the price, but I am wishing I spent a little bit more since I’m hoping to use it for a handful of Christmases.

Flimsy: If you have no ornaments of your own, and no kids, and no pets, this tree could work. But it's too flimsy for traditional use. The branches will not support ornaments with significant weight.Electrical: Mechanical disturbance will cause the top half to briefly lose power/light. This is a two-part tree, and the slight weight pressure of the top part against the bottom part makes the electrical connection to light the top part. Thus, disturbance disrupts the connection.We tried this tree, thinking that LED lights would be less hassle than regular incandescent lights which burn out.

There are a lot of holes to fill even with the branches arranged as fluffy as I could get them. Love the different light show choices, but 320 doesn't seem like it's enough lights. I'm keeping it for now, but I think I'll be looking again for a replacement.
