I've been taking the colon cleanse in conjunction with the Caralluma Fibriata and first day I had horrible gas and bloating. I have now been taking 1 of each pill in the morning and 1 of each pill before bed for about 5 days now. I haven't noticed any major changes except that I have not slept well since starting this regimen. I wake up feeling achy and tired all over. I'm not sure if it's one particular aspect of the supplement making me feel this was or if it is a combination of ingredients. I pride myself on a very healthy lifestyle including an organic diet and mild to moderate exercise. I have felt quite dehydrated as of lately and I'm not going to chalk it up to starting a new supplement. Perhaps, it's also in conjunction to adding a new supplement to my routine. The pills are easy to swallow although if you have difficulty swallowing pills the capsules do pull apart easily and you can mix it into yogurt or applesauce to chase away the odd taste. There is no taste when swallowing them unless you get "stuck" and can't manage to get it down right away then you will begin to notice a funky taste.
