The media could not be loaded.  I bought this after getting a new car that does not have a reverse camera (unlike my old car). The fact it was also a dashcam was just an added bonus.Unfortunately I will be returning this. Despite it saying it has "Starlight night vision" what this actually means is that it has ABSOLUTELY NO NIGHT VISION WHATSOEVER.Using it as a mirror without the screen active is fine. day or night i had no issues and forgot it wasn't a mirror. I had no problems with other cars headlights shining through. It is slightly dimmer than the standard mirror as to be expected but otherwise it was fine.Using the screen either as a rear-view camera (instead of mirror) or as a reverse camera on a sunny day doesn't work very well. The screen is hardly visible during bright conditions due to the mirror glass.Unfortunately I can only upload 1 video for the review but to summarize:(skip to 2:02 for reverse parking in a dark car park)DashCam Video Quality:Front - Daytime - GreatRear - Daytime - GreatFront - Night Time, Street Lighting - OKRead - Night Time, Street Lighting - OKFront - Night Time, No lighting/Country Roads - OK (with car headlights illuminating road).Rear - Night Time, No Lighting/Country Roads - Useless. Might as well of been turned off.Using is as a reverse camera is no use at all. the lens on the rear camera isn't wide enough so you can only see a small section on the screen so if you have your bumped visible then you might be able to see about 30cm of whats behind your car.If you are wanting to buy this as a dashcam then then I would say it's fine (and definitely better than nothing)The rear camera is useless at night but during the day time the video quality is pretty good from both cameras.Hope this helps someone.

Edit - Updated to 5 star as I got a replacement which I can confirm has fixed the issues. Must have been a batch issue.Support so far has been as good as the mirror. Wanted me to break the law and film the issue!?! When I advised them of this and chased up a reply they asked me to take photos. I don't know if this is just an issue with my unit or not as support will not help. Would be interested to hear if anyone else has issues with theirs though. Also, cannot be used as a 24h hard wired surveillance as the GPS interface locks up. Doesn't appear to be an issue with the module itself but with the mirror. Needs a full powerdown and reset to start working again (note, if the GPS coordinates are showing numbers other than 0 and are in red it's locked up). Also doesn't show speed whilst driving which other models of the same manufacturer (smaller screen) do. The speed is recorded on playback so fortunately is not £15 completely wasted...

Doesn't always start up quick enough or properly, sometimes it records straight away and when it doesn't record straight away it's just a blank screen for far too long and then whilst driving you need to manually pressential record. Even when you do that not long later you check and it's not recording you then have to press record again, it can happen up to 3 times. Rear camera at night not brilliant everyone is correct regarding that but also sometime when you go into reverse you don't see the reverse in your screen and everyone is right about that. Not the best. Sorry Dudubell.

I SET THIS DASH CAM LAST WEEK AND HAD A FEW PROBLEMS BUT SORTED THEM.I NOW HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE REAR MIRROR CAMERA ,THE SCREEN SHOWS CARS PARKED ON THE LEFT ARE ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF SCREEN .THAT IS NOT THE SAME AS A REAR VIEW MIRROR. CAN YOU HELP ME .THANKS ERNEST REYNOLDS.

I need help with Installation, I’ve installed the dash cam but when I’m driving I can’t see cars in the back in the mirror I can’t drive without seeing cars at the back how am I supposed to change lanes or overtake. The dash cam is too tinted ?? Help and advise needed

This is my second mirror dash cam and I'm thoroughly pleased with this one. It's very easy to install and it looks great with the full screen on as well as when it's off, it's slightly tinted which helps with the glares of lights. The video quality is very good when viewed on a full screen. What I'm most impressed with is the software, my previous one had a very old laggy software whereas this one is user friendly, easy to navigate and change settings. Can also view recorded videos with a touch of a button on the main screen, which is great. Thoroughly pleases with this device and I would definitely recommend buying this over the others as the price is also very reasonable for what you get.

I kind hide my disappointment, the camera dose work in the night but the raire camera have poorly night vision as if a car approched in the back u cant see anything from the headlight, also it doesn't work unless u have an SD card, the majour disappouintment was from the parking assistant as it's not functional.I was going to return it but unfortunately the box was damages.

This is a great bit of kit. Easy to install, with a superb front and rear camera. I just hope it lasts longer than my last DuDubell mirror cam which gave up the ghost just out of warranty. Repeated emails to their ‘answer in 24 hours’ Customer Services were totally ignored. Great products when they work and I have three, two which work perfectly and the third which is now in the bin.
