I got the XL and I'm 5'6 and 185 lbs and worked fairly well. I was wearing a slimming dress and everyone said I looked great

Works like it's supposed to. Wish these things came in 1/2 sizes. I am an 8/10 and could have used an extra inch or so to make it a little more comfortable but the next size up would have been too big.

I am very happy that I bought this waist shaper. It truly makes a difference around the stomach area.

A little uncomfortable when I sit down. It kind of bunches up around the gut area and presses into my belly button if I don't position it right putting it on. Works very well though! And keeps everything nice and smooth.

I feel like I can get into my dress so much better. The only thing is that the part around the thighs and underside is slightly too big, but It's negligible.

I went to go put this item on and it's on all of my clean ripping when I started pulling it up. Would like a refund or to pick something else that is the same price that y'all have to pay for

Ordered XL but im size M .It's still too small
