The flat irons arrived neatly and packaged well. I am a licensed cosmetologist and I was extremely impressed by this item. I used this on myself which I have 4c natural hair and I used this item on my niece and she loved her blowout. The plates are absolutely amazing. No tugging or pulling of the hair. Very smooth glide and easy to use. I highly recommend this product to others.

Another Kipozi - another hit!To the points about this one....I get detailed, so hang on :) I have pictures too.I have color treated hair with highlights that might or might not be considered damaged, but definitely needs to be treated with tender loving care. I use irons and blow dryers everyday. I live in a humid climate as well where frizzy hair is a part of everyday life. I also use really good nourishing hair oils before I dry my hair. I think that helps when I go to use irons. Therefore if I'm going to use any irons or blow dryers they really do need to be quality.This is my second Kipozi (I love both). I like their irons! They are very similar, but different.#1. This one is wider so I can get more hair done faster. This one is 2 inches wide. And a length that's just perfect for me (good traveling size too). Super easy to handle this iron. I'm impatient and when I need to do my hair quickly I grab this one. Which leads to...#2 This iron also heats up fast and also cools down fast. I've watched it. It has bars on it that show you. Pretty cool actually. Especially watching it cool down, I don't know why, but I think it's pretty cool to know my iron is cooling off fast. I can put it away quickly. I can also know if I don't immediately, if my kitties walk across it sooner than I get to it it's not going to be hot.#3 But this one has awesome presets on it (healthy, damaged, etc). I've never had an iron have presets. Again it gets right to a temperature I want with a couple clicks or so.#4 You can lock this iron closed when you put it away. There's a little toggle on the side to slide over once you close the iron in place.#5 All the controls for this iron are on the side and not on the top where you would bump them while using the iron. That's a plus.#6 I like the cooled grip tips at the end of the iron if you want to hold the iron closed while you're sliding it through your hair. I've not found I've used them but it is there. I have very thin fine hair and lots of it, but I've not found I have to pinch this iron shut tight to hold my hair. I like that it pinches just fine for my hair. That's a good test of a quality iron for me.#7 It's got a hook at the end of the iron if you want to hang yours on a wall (or hook someplace). I don't, I put mine away (they provide a velvet looking bag) . But it's an option. And the cord is plenty long (and heafty) as well so if you want to walk back and forth across your room you've got about 7ft to manuaver.#8 It is a very pretty color metallic type sky blue, price was very good.OK.. the only two things I would have added to this iron are:#1 My first Kapozi had a lock on it so the temperature wouldn't get changed accidentally. I believe they didn't do that on this one because all controls on this one are on the side and not the top. But I think I might have liked it anyway.#2 I really would have liked to had an auto shut-off.Given every other thing about this iron I'm really happy with it. And by the way, the way you turn it on and off is by holding the on/off button at minimum 3 seconds. So it really isn't an easy bump. It's completely intentional. I am really happy I bought this iron.

Just BUY IT! So first off it is exactly as pictured. I was nervous because I never used a wider (more than 1 inch) flat iron but this is no issue! I can get my curls, close to my scalp and super straight. I have thick dry hair that has been bleached multiple times and I'm trying to get it back to healthy. This flat irons temperature control is wonderful! I'm able to use a lower setting and still straighten my hair in one pass without frying it. When your husband looks at you and says wow your hair is so straight and shiny and it only took you a few minutes, you realize this flat iron is worth its weight in gold! V Easy-to-Read digital screen temperature settings, and swivel cord make it easy to use and I love having a bag to store it in to keep it neat and I would have site. If you're in the market for a flat iron you have to try this one! All of this company's products do not disappoint. I have used more expensive brands that take longer to do my hair and have done damage. This works quickly and safely.

I loved the ease of this straightener. I have the 1 inch straightener already and then my husband bought me the dryer about a week or so ago and I love these products so much i figured I'd buy the bigger flat iron and I'm in love. The beautiful blue color is so pretty and i love the digital temp reader. My hair is not staticy or super frizzy after it's actually extremely straight and shiny which i love. I have the kendall jenner straightener and its full compared to the quality of this one. It gets much hotter which is good because I have extremely thick hair and it takes a lot to get my hair as straight as I want. I'm so happy I decided to add this one to my collection it's awesome and my husband said my hair looks better than ever. It's so much cheaper than those high end flat irons too which makes my husband happy he doesnt have to pay an arm and a leg. Very impressed to say the least with the quality and the price.

Not only does the flat iron works great but the customer service was great, great, great as well! The first flat iron came in but the box was damaged a bit and I wasn't sure if it was a returned item that I received or not and I did not use it. After some back and forth with the seller's customer service, they sent me a new flat iron and did not expect the other one in return (which I still have not used/tried yet).The flat iron does its job and my hair is nice and straight. It does not make my hair staticky afterwards like my old one. I love the width of the iron as it is wider. Temperature gets hot quick. Easy to handle. Cord is long and seems thick/durable. Truly love my new flat iron! I would definitely recommend this item!Will post picture another time.

This is by far the best hair straightener I've ever used! I love the extra wide plates, as there is zero hair tearing, and they move down my strands of hair so smoothly. You can easily adjust the temperature for your hair type (it works well on my fragile, dyed hair), and it begins to heat up immediately (it never burns you). So even when I'm in a rush, this straightener steps up to get the job done.It leaves your hair soft, smooth, frizz-free and shiny. Plus, the baby blue surface color is beautiful! I hope you'll dig this hair straightener as much as I do. It's a fantastic and effective hair product with an affordable price tag. ♡
