MY SON STARTS COLLEGE IN TWO MONTHS AND NOW WILL HAVE TO BUY ANOTHER LAPTOP AND I DON'T KNOW IF IT'LL BE AN HP EVER AGAIN..... I have changed my 1star rating to a 3star rating because my son insisted... He loved the speed x360 and lightness to carry about. But I still say one year of usage is really bad from HP.

So incredibly happy with this computer! I recently purchased the little sister to this version at Best Buy prior to this machine going on sale, as it was not originally in my budget. I liked the version I got from Best Buy but it did not have a dedicated graphics card or the amount of RAM I was looking for as a business owner and gamer. Then, by sheer luck, I found this amazing machine on sale! It was 30% off at the time of my purchase and I have to say I feel like I stole it. Incredible speed, graphics look fantastic! Compared to the little sister, which had my games looking more like pixels from N64, this is a dream. It runs so well. I love the touch screen for drawing and designing for work. Highly recommend!

This laptop arrived DOA. Would not boot up out of the box. I completed two HP diagnostics. It revealed no operating system and no hard drive. I ordered this laptop with an SSD. It could be any number of problems: bad SSD, bad SSD connection etc. However, I am not going to open the laptop and void any warranty.Too bad because these HP Envy 15.6 laptops have been reliable. I had to order another from a different Amazon vendor. I have to wait about 7 days for the return to ship to get a refund. Not fun at Xmas time!

So far since receiving this laptop I am very pleased. It replaced a previous HP W/BEATS I had for 5 years. I've been very satisfied with HP products. The display is beautiful HD, the speed is more than I expected, great options as far as preloaded.(Not too much) Size of the screen is perfect for me, as is the keyboard. I definitely like the fingerprint scanner. I look forward to many years of enjoyment with this laptop.

I purchased this PC on December 13th, 2019 as a Christmas gift. It was used twenty times tops. The machine started acting up in early March 2020 and by the end of March 2020 the hard drive crashed. I sent it to the manufacturer for repair, and they discovered the computer had been opened and the hard drive was replaced with a faulty after-market part, which in turn voided the manufacturer warranty. Additionally, the manufacturer service team assessed that the computer had already been pre-owned and the serial number registered in August 2019. The Amazon description does say “professionally upgraded” but it does not describe what that entails, and on top of it all the product was marketed and sold as in “New” condition; which was simply not the case – this was a downright lie. The manufacturer agreed that this was a misleading and fraudulent act, but since they do not warrant after-market parts the repair would cost me almost as much as what I paid for the computer. Now I am stuck with a non-functioning laptop that no one will take responsibility for!I e-mailed the seller, PROSALE, at Amazon.com and received an auto-response saying that the 30 day return period had expired. Additionally, I have been trying to reach Amazon by phone to resolve this and see if their A-Z guarantee will help, but granted with what has been happening due to COVID-19 no one is answering the phone. I will be reaching out to the BBB with this issue very soon.

Since I was needing a new computer for college with these type of specifications I decide to give it a try. I bought it and I think it is the best investment that I had made in my life, the computer runs excellent, it is wonderful for multitasking and I even play some video games in it (even though is not a gaming computer) I am very satisfied with my purchase (it doesn't comes with the pen)

Totally Worth the money!

Computer would not boot up out of the box. Error listed as “no hard drive installed.” Contacted HP and they are prepared to repair for free, hopefully that goes well.But a product should work out of the box. This is a very disappointing demonstration of product quality. And of course, it was a Christmas gift. So an even more egregious let down.While explaining the shipping options for repair, they offered me an extended warranty. On a product that does not work. That kind of cash grab is uncalled for. Their offer of a 25% reduction would be appreciated after they actually fixed it but I was warned that if I didn’t accept the deal now, it wouldn’t be offered again.Buy an extended warranty on a product that does not work? That makes zero sense. I do not suspect I will be doing business with HP much longer.UPDATE: HP refused to cover the repair claiming the problem was with a third party SDD. This was how the computer was ordered without any modifications. HP then offered to repair it for an extra $500. Glad I didn’t buy the extended warranty they tried to scam me with which would still have cost me another $500.On top of that, the phone number and extension I was provided by the service rep was invalid. Further proof of the incompetence of the company.BEWARE: This is the kind of customer “support” you can expect from HP.

Muy buena computadora en relación calidad precio. Gracias a su ssd, a su procesador y a sus 16 GB de RAM la hace una computadora muy rápida.
