These tiny tablets sure packs a punch and the flavor is not bitter like the big brands here in the USA. I tend to get the jitters from artificial sweeteners and so don't use them much, but when I do, I use these (in coffee, tea) and they do not affect me negatively. I have been using these sweeteners for many years. The Swiss get them right. One should be careful not to use too many - so I think 2 per day is possible. Would not be without them. Easy to take along on trips.
