Good product!
There is not much to say. It's an adjustable hand grip.Build quality is very good, though you do have to tighten the adjustable parts quite firmly to prevent it from sliding. I think some other reviewers had trouble with it but I found it very manageable to apply a little bit of elbow grease every once in a while when you want to change settings. It has a nice weight to it and feels very well built. The reasons I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 are just a few minor nitpicks:1. The weight markings on the handle are quite faint and hard to read on the shiny surface.2. The handles can slide all the way off the end when you are adjusting them, which is sligtly annoying.Overall, good product, would recommend.

Decent for mild training.
I find that this device like many other things on Amazon are not as great as the deem themselves. I expect this often, this device does just that. It is very durable and has a good grip, but as others have stated, the tension adjuster is not very accurate. For people who just want to strengthen their grip, this is perfect for you. But for tough training, I suggest higher quality. One of the problems I did face with this is that when you adjust the tension, one side does not tighten very easily. So if you have pliers handy then it should be no problem.

Cheap
Broke after a few hundred squeezes.

Works well, does what it says, but the handle is rougher then sandpaper.
I've used grip exercisers for decades and needed a new one. The adjustability works well and it has full range of motion. However, the grip downright hurts after about 15 reps. I'm a weightlifter and my palms have solid calluses. I say that to point out that I'm used to things like that, and it still hurts. I plan to put some grip tape on it.

Either my other grip trainer is way underrated or this one is way over rated.
Long story short, this grip trainer is MUCH easier to close then another one I got that is also rated for 150lb. In fact it feels close to another trainer I have that is rated at 90lb. If I had to guess it maxes out a bit over 100lb.Besides that it works fine and does what it says but I am looking for something stronger then what I have now.

Just what I expected!
I ordered this device for my daughter. She wanted to increase hand strength as she is into sports. I ordered it for her but ended up using it myself because of hand weakness from car accidents. It was very tight and has helped me build strength. It was just as I expected.

Great in theory, not so great in execution
In theory these are great, having one piece of equipment that will stand in for 5 is always welcome. Unfortunately the execution leaves a lot to be desired. First off, you get what you pay for. The handles are comfortable and grippy with decent knurling and the resistance on each level allows consistent progression. The feature that I was looking forward to the most falls flat. The handle nuts at the top of the handle are very difficult to break loose the first time and have never tightened properly since, leaving the handle to move freely while using them. Don't buy these expecting perfection, or even a midrange piece of equipment. These are cheap but will suffice in a pinch.
