We love these diapers. The vet was impressed with them as well. Puppy still is able to poo on the floor through them, I am not sure how she does it? I may need a smaller size. It hods urine very well. The Velcro stays in place and she is not able to get to them and they stay put. I recommend this product.

My male dog is being treated for hemorrhagic gastroenteritis and was dribbling bloody stool. We bought the medium due to the weight guide. He is able to urinate out of the top of the diaper and defecate out of the tail hole. This diaper definitely does not fit right at all. Don’t waste your money
