Running a Food Truck for Dummies

Well, book was very informative, if you did not already know the food industry. What it all boils down to is the same thing. You need $$$$ to start a business.

I only knew certain aspects of this industry before reading up on it. This is actually my first "For Dummies" book. I'd never buy a "For Dummies" book in my life, I used to say...but after reading some free pages online, I had to get it. It doesn't cover "everything" but it covers enough overall stuff to keep you from being "in the dark" about what's going on.

Needed this book for a grad school business plan. Really easy to read and very helpful. Everything you need to know put in simple sentences.

This book covers every thing you need to know and do when it comes to running a food truck. From writing a business plan, to what licenses will be needed. You name it! It really paints a picture to help you decide if this type of business will be right for you.

Thankfully, looking back now I never went into opening a food truck. Not because of this book, but because of a deal that fell through with two family members. However, this book does not explain certain "specialized" aspects of the food truck business in any great detail. I was interested in organizing an ice cream/snack truck. There are general ideas in here to get one started, but if you are looking for a more in-depth plan, take my advice, go with a different, slightly more costly book. You essentially get what you pay for.

I bought this book to really see if this business was right for me. It had everything you need to know about the business. It's step by step info has put me into the drivers seat, literally, of a new business. I keep the book with me all the time for reference.

This Publication allowed me to get the foundations of my business started. Sometimes first starting out, you don't know what you don't know until you are told what you are suppose to know.

Although very american in its nature, a very useful read for anyone interested in starting a mobile kitchen. I would recommend it.

well written, undertandable also for who speak English as a foreign language. the only problem is that all the link are focused on the USA market
