Super clean Shop Vac filter!
Fantastic! No loss of suction and the filter stays CLEAN!.. Easy to install on the 16 gallon vac! Wish we had found this earlier ,super savings on filters!!!

This pre filter will save your HEPA filter
Let’s get the install 3 stars addressed first. I put this over a HEPA filter on my Fein III . It’s a bit fiddley to install without clamping it directly to the filter and it comes with exactly Zero instructions. It’s a hose clamp so that’s expected but I don’t know if there’s a correct side to have facing the filter.As to it’s effectiveness, the bag does its job perfectly. It picked up sanding dust off of a lathe while I was turning a fly rod cork handle, and from a daily shop cleaning. I didn’t see any dust on rhe HEPA filter.I think I’ll buy another so when I’m washing one, I’m not without.

Fairly easy to install and use
Fairly easy to install and use. They don't last for as long as I might like, especially when working with plaster dust, but the system does a good job of filtering air. I buy several of these every year.
