Bought this system as a cheaper alternative to expensive gym equipment. Both my son and I use this for lat pulldowns, bicep curls, triceps extensions and cable crossovers in order to strengthen our backs etc.Very compact so there is no massive machine taking up all the space in our garage gym. Can be stored away when not in use.Well constructed and sturdy. I have full confidence that this will last and be slow to wear.This is ideal for me with fibromyalgia as I am trying to build up back strength in order to limit widespread pain.

Awesome bit of kit, definitely worth the money. Many possible excercises from just a few simple strings and connections. Highly recommended.

It's good quality but there are 2 problems:1 - if you intend supporting this by using a pull-up bar in a door way, the cords are far too long. To use the 2 hand attachments together, you will need a lot of space. For the bar you can wind the cord around it or use a sheep-shank knot to reduce the length but it would be much better if either the cords were shorter or shorter ones included as extra - but there is a problem here because2 - the cord is not detachable from the bar - so you cannot simply unhook the bar and put on the individual hand attachment. Changing between attachments is a real pain.As I had never used this type of equipment before, I didn't look closely enough before buying.

Bought this to do cable exercises at home while I can't get to the gym. Great design and has worked really well for me so far in a relatively small space (attached to my pull up bar). Feels like a step up from using resistance bands for some exercises as you can keep gradually adding weight. Impressed with the quality as well and doesn't seem flimsy.

This was amazing for the muscles very strong and heavy duty perfect buy and reasonably priced

Used it with 30kgs of plates no issues. It is attached to a sturdy rafter though. Would be useful to be able to remove the handle to attach other bars hence 4 stars but great for the price

This does exactly what you want. Seems well made and has been in daily use since Christmas.
