Definitely a great bench
I'm an avid weight lifter, and weigh about 240lbs. After using this bench for about a week, it has proven to be a very solid bench especially for its price range (I got for ~200 US dollars). There's sturdier benches out there if you're lifting HEAVY weight, but I use this for moderate workouts from home and wanted a bench that could also store easily taking up little space - this is the best bench I've ever seen for that capacity... it essentially folds up into a reasonably sized rectangle that I can put in a closet. Considering that, with how sturdy it is (throwing around 70 and below dumbells, total weight of 140lbs, including my 240lbs) it was a really good buy. I can't speak to its lifetime durability after only a week, but I believe the construction is good enough it will last as long as I need it to (a couple years, at least). Its great for situps (though I prefer having a preacher setup where my legs can be elevated for crunches), and has many height settings for the back support. The only thing I would change about it if I could, was the back does not sit straight up; at the highest setting, it's still leaning back a little. I prefer a straight back bench for doing military press. But it's upright enough I can still get the muscle stretches I'm looking for from the exercise. I would definitely recommend this bench for someone wanting a solid, versatile bench at a reasonable price.

Decent for the price.
Currently I've only use it for a week. So far so good. Overall it's light and pretty easy to set up and fold up. Surprisingly stable considering I have it on carpet. 5'11 with a long torso. Length seems just right. My only concern is longevity but like I said it's only been a week so we shall see. Only complaint is the seating is pretty firm and stiff but I suppose you might want that in a weight bench. Worth the price if you don't plan on going super heavy.

Sturdy, Does What it Should
Bought this on sale after perusing several light benches that adjust for incline and decline. This bench is not commercial grade but it's perfect for at home use. Settings for incline are versatile and allow for a range of exercise. I've been focusing on pecs and I can do everything necessary to hit chest. I haven't used any other benches at home aside from this one so I don't have any to compare to. But if I could go back and buy the model that allows for leg work I would have saved the money getting this because squats, lunges, and hip thrusts do that anyway so I'm actually saving money having this model. (Adjustable top for incline/decline, stationary bottom with pads for ab work) The pads for knees and ankles are comfortable and I do not feel any metal beneath them. The cushion on the bench itself is also comfortable, easy to clean. Honestly, this is worth having over more expensive varieties. And if you want to bench just buy a separate rack for those purposes. Don't $skimp on a rack though. Could be the difference between life and being unsubscribed from this world. Something to note, I am 5'10" with a mildly long torso and my head still makes contact with the bench at full extension flat or incline. If I were 6' with a long torso I question whether it would miss the bench. Barely any space left up there as I am. 9.5/10 would buy again if I went back in time. Minus a half a point for not being entirely black in color.

Excellent adjustable bench for working out at home
It has a very versatile design with 7 adjustment positions that allow for both upper and lower body exercises. It's ideal for dumbbell workouts and other strength exercises. It feels very sturdy thanks to its steel construction. It doesn't wobble or feel unstable, even when exercising with heavy weights. The padding is firm yet comfortable, helping you maintain proper posture without discomfort. Plus, the seat and backrest are wide enough to provide good support. It only took me a few minutes to assemble, as it comes practically ready-made. Plus, its foldable design is a huge plus if you have limited space at home. It's everything I was looking for.

A nice value
UPDATE 2026: got a lot of good use out of this bench. Couple months ago it collapsed when adjustable back was at ~45 degrees. It slipped when I can only surmise the horizontal rod that goes into the groove to lock didn't fully engage. Im to old to be somersaulted off while doing a face down chest supported excercise. It had 3 smaller incidents after that. There are no wear signs other than the paint coming off at the teeth area. The bench was replaced this week. We had a good run. Well, was a little skeptical based on a few of the negative reviews but I think its pretty great for the money. Sturdy. Easily assembled. Only minor things I dont care for...theyvpainted the bolt threads and the pins have weak spring loaded ball bearings. Would like them to be a Little stronger to remove. Overall very satisfied. I'm average height.

Nice bench, but difficult to fold and does not have a 90 degree setting with the back
This is a nice sturdy bench, but I have 2 complaints. 1.) the back does not have a 90 degree setting, and 2.) the pins are NOT easy to get in and out. Therefore, we have not been able to collapse it, and I have to move it around the room out of the way when it is not needed. Another annoyance that is not a deal breaker is the little pegs with pads that are right after the seat. The pads will not stay on, and I just wish it was not there at all. I am not sure of the purpose of those. Anyways, It generally does meet my needs, but I would tweak a few things if I had a choice. I probably would have chosen a different product if I was viewing it in person.

PASYOU Adjustable incline and decline Weight Bench for home use
When I placed order, I had worry it may not be strong enough! I have tried it out many times. Me 70Kg and 2 dumbbells 20Kg each, a total of 110Kg when I do horizontal chest press. This bench proved to be very strong. I am sure it can take very much more weight than 110Kg. This bench saves space! Shove it to the wall and place the rubber coated hexagonal dumbbells underneath! For home use, Hexagonal rubber coated dumbbell is the best!

Comfortable, Sturdy, and Easy to Store
This is a great weight bench with very comfortable padding and solid materials. Even after years of use, it has not shown any signs of cracking, discoloration, or cushion-flattening. It was super easy to put together and feels very sturdy once set up, easily handling my full weight along with a 180 lb bar. It is also easy to take apart and stores away nicely in a compact space. I still keep mine in the original plastic bag under my bed when I have company over, and it works perfectly for that. Overall a reliable and well designed piece of equipment that I would absolutely buy again.

Very good bench for price to quality ratio
Pros: -good build quality, no loose stitching, no deformity, all in order. -easy to setup, took only 5 minutes. -easy to use, bench is light weight but strong enough to support me 90kg + dumbbells with 60kg at the most. Cons: -not really a con but suggestion, if the bottom feet was a bit wider, it would make the whole bench more stable. That's not to say it's not stable enough with this configuration, but it will make it better. -wish the foam rollers were detachable, not a major issue. -The rubber caps for the bottom pipes can rotate very easily. you can put a tape around the pipe, then put the caps on to solve this. It matters because one side of cap is thicker than the other side. You want to keep it same height unless your floor is not flat. When I'm doing incline dumbbell press with 60kg (30+30), I do slightly notice the bench is not completely stable. But not to the point it makes me feel worried. Maybe many people wouldn't even notice unless they pay attention. If the bench was completely still, it would give me a better peace of mind. Am I asking too much for this price? I'm 180cm and my head can rest on back rest in all the angles except the steepest (127), it's not a deal breaker for me at all. If you are a shorter person, or someone with very short legs, you might find the seat a bit high from the floor, I suggest you check the sizing before purchasing. All in all, this is a great product. it could be the best product I bought from Amazon so far. But it's been only 3 days since I received it, I hope it will last at least 5 years :)
