I love the different color mats for different types of food - this really saves prep time not having to rinse off/wash/clean with bleach a cutting board between each cutting. AND I feel my meal prep is now much more hygienic and flavorful, as I don't have to worry so much about transferring bacteria and flavors from one food to another. The mats are sturdy, but flexible, and stay put on the counter while cutting. They are easy to clean and so easy to store - taking up almost no space at all! I like that these mats are flexible enough to bend into a 'funnel' and move your cut food into the pan or measuring cup/bowl. After a bit of use, they do show cut marks from the knives, but every board or mat I have had does the same so this does not bother me - I am much happier to mark a $3 mat than an expensive piece of walnut! The material is colored all the way through, so any cut marks show minimally. The best part - the seller contacted me via email to let me know the mats were on the way, and to offer helpful information about how to care for them so they last, then contacted me again to make sure I was satisfied! At the price point, a GREAT purchase for my kitchen.

These cutting mats are great. They are perfectly huge, enough to shred an entire head of iceberg lettuce, for example. They are light-weight but very tough passed the test of my sharpest knife. On the reverse, the mats are textured by tiny squares. I'm not sure if this texturing has a use. I like the bright colors, red for meat, green for veggies, blue for fish, and yellow for chicken. Easy to remember, even without the sketches in the lower left corner of the appropriate item for each mat. It's a good thing, too, because those sketches wipe right off. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars has nothing to do with the quality of the mats; it's that there is no way to hang them. A little grommet in one of the corners would be nice. That way I could hang them all together on a hook making them very handy. I unreservedly recommend this mats.

Living in a small condo, I don't have cupboard room for regular cutting boards. These work just fine. After they get well-used, their also economical enough to just recycle them and purchase more. Have never had a problem with knives cutting through them. Also after you've chopped veggies, herbs or other food, you can just bend the plastic and use it as a funnel. The two downsides are 1)they aren't very classy looking if you want to show off a nice cutting board - like for cheese and crackers or fresh bread, and j2) juices and such puddle more readily. Seems like I'm always needing to wipe them off. All in all, a great solution to the cutting and storage problem of living small.

These mats are a really fun pop of color in a kitchen, and the color scheme is pretty intuitive so you know which one to grab when you're digging around in your cupboard. These are a really sturdy cutting surface, the only thing is DO NOT USE A SERRATED KNIFE. I made the mistake of lazily cutting some bread dough with a steak knife and it left some shallow scratches in one of the mats that I assume will be permanent. But that was total operator error, and it's probably written somewhere in the product info to not do that.The material is flexible enough that it is much easier to maneuver than a traditional cutting board while transferring food or while washing in the sink, but also stiff enough to hold its shape. It does slide around a tiny bit on countertops, but not badly. The bottoms of the mats are ridged to cut down on this.

I used to go straight to my bamboo and wood cutting boards. After buying these the ease of use and ease of throwing them in the dishwasher instead has completely changed my mind. I will be buying more of these to save space from the bulky wooden cutting boards in the future most likely.Four stars because I see myself having to replace them after a year or so. My knives are sharp and they definitely cut into these fairly easily so I have to be careful. Not a big deal really since I will likely be using them almost every day.

Product arrived on time and in great shape. I didnt have the opportunity to use the mats for at least a week and finally need the vegetable and the poultry mats today. I like them very much; they equal top quality mats that Ive used in my kitchen for years so I hope they also last that long. I will caution anyone who has never used this type of mat before to READ THE DIRECTIONS. It might seem silly to say that, but preparing the mat for use is the key to preservation.Thank you; I like them.

I haven't had these long but already love them!!I had been comtemplating getting a separate cutting board for meats, fish, vegtables to preventcross contamination. But the ones available take up so much room, tend to be heavy, hard to store and are very hard to clean so there will be no contamination.These cutting mats are extremely colorful, light weight, and easy to use and store. They seem very durable, easy to clean and, thus far, show no signs of getting scratched or damaged by the sharpest utensils. They do not slip on the counter top when used. Are also BPA free.Can't beat the price for the quality and convienance of use!!Got couple sets to give as gifts🤗
