Wow, this spiralizer is great. It makes making noodles out of zucchini so easy. What a great way to have healthy "pasta".All you have to do is use the vegetable peeler that is included in the box to peel you zucchini. Then you just stick the zucchini in the end like a pencil and turn just like you would turn a pencil in a manual pencil sharpener. It is really that easy. No skill involved. Afterwards clean up is a cinch with the handy little cleaning brush that is also included in the box!The plastic that this spiralizer is made out of is BPA free which is great since BPA has been linked to birth defects and weight gain.I received this spiralizer for free in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.

This Spiral slicer is pretty cool. I got it this morning and immediately decided to put it to use. Fried 3 eggs, 3 slices of bacon and shoe string french fries. Peeled 2 potatoes, used the slicer and lightly fried in coconut oil - DELICIOUS.This comes with a free peeler which also was sharp and worked well. The cleaning brush and the holding cap compliment this well.This is a fun tool to use and it is very effective. My only complaint is the size of the opening. There are 2 sizes and this one is the slightly smaller one. It will be good for most people but it's won't take some bigger white potatoes and other thick veggies. I would have preferred the larger size (one of the potatoes was too big, had to cut in half). I'm still undecided if I will return this or keep it, because it does work really well. I might just give this to a family member and get the larger one in the future. When I say it's to small, I mean to take the potato as it was. You can always cut it in half, so it's only a slight inconvenience for larger items.I wanted to give this 4 stars but it's actually my fault for not taking note of the size. It's like buying size 7 shoes when you need 10, then giving it a negative review because of it. That's dumb.I received this product at a discount in exchange for an honest and unbiased review. This is the second spiral slicer I've purchased in the last couple months and it is by far my favorite! It easily cuts through veggies to create the perfect "noodles". I live a gluten free lifestyle and this has become my most used kitchen tool. The ceramic peeler is a wonderful little bonus, easily removes the peels to prepare the veggies for the spiralizer. I also love that it is compact and doesn't take up space in the kitchen. But is just the right size to handle whatever you need to slice. The spiral slicer is also very easy to clean and it's clear material helps to guarantee you've removed all of the veggies, with the included scrub brush. If you are trying to live a healthier lifestyle, this is a must have. Perfect for mock pastas, salads, and more!
