I have used the Health and Beauty products before and found them to be decent skin care products. I finally broke down and ordered this eye cream. I didn’t like it on its own but when I mixed it with other eye creams that I had on hand I really liked the outcome. Just a tiny bit mixed with what your staple eye cream is works great. I will purchase it again.

I returned this after receiving it. The box seems old and there weren't details of the product or ingredients before purchase. I felt reluctant to put on my skin after reading the ingredients list. I didn't take any pictures of it before sending it back, but there's too much perfume and it just looks cheap and bad for the skin.
