Can Palsti Dip be used on brands of paint other than Plasti Dip?

Yes you can use it on just about anything that it clean of any oils and dirt if you don't like it it can be removed

I guess your item has no brand name "Peformix" on it. The manufacturer has removed the "Performix Brand" logo from the products. The products I purchased does not have the brand name on it even when it listed on amazon is a "Performix" product. The result on my glossifier is horrible ... it ends up in a milky film (not a gloss look). Amazon refused to replace and refund. I've contacted the manufacture but they does not respond to my email (Nobody answer the phone). I was scammed!

Can this be used on paper, craft projects?

While this CAN be used on almost anything, the chances of it working correctly on paper, are slim to none, so i would not recommend it on anything that does not have a solid/hard surface, such as plastic, glass, etc

Plasti Dip lasts if you put a thick coat, but you have to clean the car first. This item is a glossifier, and only sticks to PlastiDipped surfaces. If you get the Clear PlastiDip, and then add the Glossifer, it'll work. You need two cans of Dip and one can of Glossifier for the front Bumper, if you want a thick enough coat. It''ll really only take a little over a can, but you'll need the second can to finish. If you're doing lines with painting tape, before you peel the tape, spray a light coat along the tape, the glossifier will do, but it'll help you get clean lines.
