The picture in the description has more baloons than described, but it still looked complete with what I received. I added a few blue and orange ones

Made the purchase for the value of the items. But unfortunately the banner was missing a T to spell Birthday which was on of the main reasons why i purchased this but was able to shorten it to “bday”
